I like everything about the hotel. I recommend to anybody visiting Seville.
The Location, very friendly staff, good value for money.
Good location, good wifi, clean room, quiet room, good shower, small space in the minibar for your own items, breakfast ok
No view, small room
The staff and location was perfect. The gals cleaning are very serious and work hard they even clean the fire extinguishers. No kidding during my three night stay I saw that 3 times!
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were not much better. I am not sure what the food is like I did not use the restaurant as there was so much in the surrounding areas to try!
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. Good selection of food at breakfast. Just a short walk to the cathedral area.
The walls may be a bit thin (or perhaps our neighbours just had their TV on really loud).
Well-functioning hotel. Value for money. Convenient central location
Location Clean Room size Wi-fi
Hotel location, facilities, comfort and value for money..easy to get taxi to airport..
Difficult to find fault.
I was in Sevilla last weekend for a conference to deal with English Language Teaching. From the moment I got dropped off to the Hotel America the receptionist was absolutely amazing and accomodating and was able to answer my questions. Overall the room was lovely and spacious and great value for money. All I can say is thank you for having me at the hotel and really enjoyed exploring Sevilla.
We liked the location. Walking to several attractions and close to the city tour bus route. We enjoyed the ease of walking and the safety of the area. Food was nice and a nice variety.
Very good central location.
Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel was in a good location for sightseeing.
a bit noisy, bathroom was in a strange shape, only one person could use it at a time.
Walking distance to many sites. Lots of little outside cafes.
They charged us at checkout when we had already paid when we booked through Booking.com. Problem is now resolved.
Good size air conditioned room. Good bathroom. Standard breakfast. Very helpful Reception Staff. Well located hotel in relation to tourist attractions - most within walking distance.
Breakfast could have had a little more variety. Asked for a double bedroom but received a twin.
Close to shopping area
Dated room Poor facilities
Location, good breakfast, close to shopping and sites.
Can't think of anything...
Very effienct friendly.Everywhere spick and span and a very comfortable atmosphere. Certainly visit again.
Only stayed 4 nights but there wasn't any Dinner available. Not drastic as plenty of Restaurants nearby.
location is perfect, a short stroll to all the beautiful sights of Seville, comfortable spacious room and helpful staff
I have stayed several times at the Hotel America and have found it to be extremely good value and to have very helpful staff, who seem happy to put up with one's halting Spanish, without going straight into English. I kick myself that I didn't take note of the number of my top floor room, which had a splendid view. Some of the rooms give onto the rather lugubrious inner service well and are less exhilarating, though all have been comfortable, and well furnished. Above all the hotel is in a lively part of town with an authentic feel and not too many other tourists around. It is conveniently close to the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts and some very cutting edge tapas restaurants.
Th location of the hotel is perfect if you are agile enough to cover the ground on foot, but for the less able bodied, public transport is not so good between the hotel and the main tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and the Alcazar. This is because the bus routes tend to circle around the inner city area and to get from one end of that to the other can require going the long way round and even changing buses. Possibly a crash course in Seville's public transport system would have enabled me to overcome these difficulties.
Hotel was very central and on the 6th floor was quiet breakfast was good although it was always the same
The location, value for money and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is also awesome
nothing I can think of. well recommended
the hotel is situated in a very cosy position to reach the city centre and the staff is very kind and available to provide informations and additional services. The room is enough comfortable with a good bathroom fitted with all services
the walls are very tiny and it is possible to hear noises from other rooms or from corridor
Easily reach from train station by bus (no.32). Short walk to Cathedral and promenades. Clean and large rooms. Nice and comfortable atmosphere.
Room was smoking cigarette and we had to refresh air by opening windows. It wasn't a nice wellcome. Also I hate sticking shower curtains, should be replaced with sliding glasses
Easy access to those attraction, from Santa Justa train station, took bus no.32, just 1.40€, only 5 station (hotel located at final station), very easy. If took taxi, is about 6€, 10mins journey.....all the attraction area by walking distance. Hotel room is very simple...a bit old, but clean. Take note that there's mosquito in the room. If you can get a room with special promotion rare, there will be worth for it.
Location, breakfast, staff.
Bit noisy in night
