The hotel i good, nice rooms, nice roof pool. The cleaning staff is not the best. During one week they forgot to give us new soap twice and no bathrobes twice. The elevators are crap, 10min waitingtime some times. This hotel is old school, they don't care about the enviroment at all: they change all towels every day, the showers waste water a lot of water, small plastic bottles for shampoo etc. Improve the elevators. Start concern about the enviroment. |

The friendly service began as soon as we arrived. We were given a welcome drink as we checked in. Every request was handled professionally and efficiently and always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent! The toiletires provided are lovely and there are extras such as lip bam, deodorant,sewing kit,,, the restaurants offer a good selection of foods.
