Sofas in Junior Suite not particularly comfortable for relaxation. TV should be in sittingroom, NOT bedroom. Breakfast: Food good, service slow and unprofessional.

Staff are very friendly,good location close to beach,bars,shops.

Some parts of hotel could do with improvement i.e.carpets in corridor were bit grubby,pool area windows were dirty ducting for air a/c rusty in parts.

Everything,we were made to feel special from the start. We were given an upgrade as it was our first stay in Alicante. Perfect and we will return. Great location as well. Thank you . Oops I forgot to say the staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Carpets in corridors were dirty, I was expecting a 'lux' weekend but it didnt quite live up to expectations. Hotel looked a little 'tired'.

We found the food in the restaurant very expensive and being restaurant owners maybe ye need to review this as ur restaurants were always very quiet where other places near by were extremely busy and very reasonable. The spa treatments were also very expensive we would had a few treatments if cheaper. Our first room was extremely noisy but thankfully we got moved...and I had requested a quiet room when booking. ...Also no sign of those silk sheets promised! ! swimming pool was also closed for our first 2 days....but breakfast was lovely andvery ffriendly staff. ...

It was lovely. The junior suites are wonderful, I will definitely return, the tapas in the bar and wine menu cater all types and the staff are amazing, friendly , hardworking and professional.... Absolutely wonderful.

The hotel location is ideal for visiting the old part of the city. The room (even though it was one of the most basic), was very spacious. High ceilings and big window. The room is "open plan" and the bathroom is part of it. A sliding screen gives you some privacy. The room seemed to have been recently decorated/refurbished, but there is a perfect mixture of old and new. I loved the contrast of modern art within the charm of an old building. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel also considered our preference of a double bed instead of two singles. The swimming pool has great views of the cathedral and castle and feels very intimate.

We only used the accomodation as we found that breakfast was a bit pricey.

the room was too small AND OVERLY WARM and the bathroom so unsuitable . I needed my husband to help me in and out of the bath/ shower and I am only 30 . No door to the loo only a screen door

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean modern lines to the hotel and would definitely return.

We had been given a quiet room but unfortunately there was loud music playing until 0200 hrs so we didn't get much sleep. However we would still return to the hotel and try and get an even quieter room!

The spa; sauna wasn't hot enough and the water in the pool wasn't hot enough either, the pool was a bit run down as well. Manager to review how to spell 'Wishing' on the welcome card!!

From the minute we arrived the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The location is perfect for the beach, marina and old town. We were celebrating a special anniversary and they very kindly up graded our room whch made our trip even more special. Parking at the hotel is very convenient but a little expensive. We would recommend this hotel and will be returning next year.
