Room information

All rooms have been decorated using a warm and cosy palette of neutral colours and simple textures. Cream-coloured armchairs sit comfortably on pale hand-woven carpets and a touch of unobtrusive, bourgeois decorative elements would have likely pleased the mid-19th century residents of the Amerigo too.

The extras in the rooms (shampoos, slippers etc) were great. It was very quiet and lovely views. Excellent location.

I thought the pool area was a bit tired-looking and could have done with a bit of an update.

the room

The TV channels 99% spanish, the AC is not cooling well, with many complains , the hotel did not do anything about it, left and holways are hot since there are no AC... staff not well train to deal with 5 stars guest

close to amenties.deserved the 5 star rating

no balcony. no kettle in room etc. had ro remind staff twice that we had breakfast included in our booking!

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Alicante. Staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.

There were only 10 sun loungers on the rooftop so it was a bit disappointing but we were right beside the beach so just went there instead.

Stay perfect in (nearly) all respects. I asked for a 7am in-room breakfast as I was checking out aty 7.30 and it arrived at 7,20 so did not have time

The hotel was well situated in the Centre of Alicante and the facilities were excellent. The pool area was excellent.The hotel decor was first class and the room, gorgeous.

Very good location, helpful staff, very nice rooms

I booked a double room and only got a room with two single beds. Tea making facilities would be good otherwise very good. I was disappointed not to get a double bed.

We have been before, however they need to refurbish now as it isnt a 5-star anymore, compared to other places in the world.

As Above and we all felt this about an upgrade.....
