Everything was at the highest level - food, entertainment, weather also did not disappoint. For families with children - a great hotel. Very dirty beach. Probably because of the storm. Many mosquitoes.

The breakfast was OK The Hotel has 4 stars but 3 must have turned into supa novas. It's dirty the first room we were given smelt like animals had died in the venting pipework some where. When it rained the hotel leaked. Downstairs they have tried to make it look tropical with plants everywhere which meant the bar was just full of mosquitos to the point were the staff were permanently spraying themselves. Take my advice, stay well away from this place.

nice local bay food is poor and not healthy, few english speaking personnell on reception only so if you dont know spanish - hard to explain what yu want, the water near beach is dirty with garbish and debris. bad value for money

Lovely hotel, has its own mini beach. Food was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day Although the hotel is great, there is nothing to do outside of the hotel. A car is a must, half an hour and you can be in Salu or Forta Ventura. I would not recommend this hotel for the British as we were the only Brits in the hotel and there was a real language barrier. This in a way spoiled our stay as there were loads of kids entertainment but our children found it difficult to join in. Another problem was that unless you got up at 7.30 to grab a sunbed you had no chance as towels were put on the sunbeds at the crack of dawn by the Spanish. This was not allowed but as we could not speak Spanish we could not make much issue of it.

Staff were friendly and location was good. Right on the beach. Good value for money. Ideal family holiday and good entertainment for kids and adults at 22H30 every evening!! If you do not mind kids running arround and pools being packed then ideal family holiday with good food and variation. Hotel is old needs a little upgrade not usual 4 Star Quality. Beds were made but not dusted. The location is perfect but the beach needs little cleaning from the debris that washes ashore everday. Some attention is needed. Also not enough pool/beach chairs. Pity also everything closes at midnight but i suppose as its purely a family holiday (no honeymoon place) ...its OK. Overall not BAD value for money.

location great. pool etc great. the hotel itself was fine. the buffet breakfast was the best ever and great value for money. Parking was on site and convenient. The hotel on the website and on our printed booking form said 'air conditioned room'. the room was not air conditioned and the website should point out that air-conditioning gets turned on at a set date in the calendar and not in may. There was a noisy airconditioning unit right outside our room and it took 2 days to get it turned off. A group of school children arrived on the 2nd day for 4 days and this changed the whole wonderful atmosphere of the hotel which has been calm and relaxing until then. No english t.v. channels.

Animación y confianza para dejar a su aire a los crios. Completo en servicios. Una vez más... Pedimos una habitación con vistas al mar y nos tocó una habitación con vistas a los contenedores de la parte trasera. Creo que sería interesante -y más cuando lo pides expresamente-, te hagan saber que no van a poder cumplir tu petición.

El trato del personal, las vistas y el jardín, con la cascada, las piscinas y la cala. La comida estaba buena, pero poca variedad y los colchones muy incómodos; se notaban los muelles y te hundías. Creo que deberían de cambiarlos.

la playa dentro del hotel, los juegos en la playa para los ninos y los chicos que animaban y cantaban geniales habitaciones comodas amplias con balcon y vista la comida,,, muy mala calidad , y aunque halla poca variedad se podria mejorar la calidad. poco personal.. en el buffet no habia atencion casi. Instalaciones decuidadas,, falta reformas mas modernas.

Situación; trato del personal de recepción y de animación. Relación calidad/precio con booking; muy favorable. El precio no incluye la piscina interior climatizada-minispa. El día de salida debes abandonar muy pronto la habitación (12h), con lo que no puedes disfrutar con comodidad el día en el hotel. Se podría salir tranquilamente a las 18h aunque no se tenga P.C. Además la entrada es a las 14h.

Depuis 4 ans, nous descendons dans le sud de l'Espagne (en dehors des vacances scolaires), et nous avons trouvé l'hôtel qu'il nous fallait sur la route de l'Andalousie. Nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel toujours agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse, demi-pension et petit-déjeuner/buffet toujours tres copieux ! Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine...c'est sûr !

El personal era muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El buffet correcto. La zona de cafetería perfecta. Habitaciones amplias y la cama enorme. Que las actividades de ocio acaben a las 24:00.

El entorno ,localizacion y tranquilidad La comida algo floja para un hotel se 4 estrellas,se paga 7 euros por habitacion para entrar en el gym y el espa, precio economico si reuniera condiciones. Creo sinceramente q la entrada deberia ser libre o q de verdad la piscima fuera climatizada, es decir totalmente cubierta y con el agua caliente.
