We booked hotel Anabel for 3 nights and stayed 2 extra. The hotel is a lovely 4 star. We requested a double bed but were assigned a twin room, when we alerted reception they changed us within 5 mins.We had breakfast and evening meals each day and were happy with the variety and quality. The poolside and childrens entertainment was especially good and not too intrusive. The hotel is located in the middle of the town, 7 mins walk to the bus station and 15 mins walk to the beach.

Excellent hotel for a good price. Close to town centre in a quite location. With good service from helpful staff, a good base for a holiday. Lloret was an ideal resort to visit in October with less crowds and non of the loutish behaviour that you can sometimes get in the resorts. Would definatley come to this hotel again at this time of year. The only thing I would say is that the food could be hotter at times.

I must mention Jose the recepcionist he was extremely polite and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.Overall the hotel was good value for money if we ever go to lloret again we would stay again If I had a complaint my bed was very hard but some people like them that way

The hotel was OK in most aspects but not more than that. Not value for money at all - and does not deserve to be a 4 stars hotel. The staff told us that there isn't even one double bed in the whole hotel. but when we walked by a room 2 floors lower we saw a double bed. half of our room was renovated but the furniture was very cheap and old and the floor tiles was old and not suitable for hotel.

Very helpful staff and friendly. Entertainment staff worked very hard to make everyone welcome. The food was the same thing everyday, very glad I was only there for four nights and not two weeks.

J'ai tout aimé dans cette hotel , le spa gratuit avec son materiel qui fonctionne , la restauration qui a du gout pas comme dans certains hotels de lloret , tres grande chambre avec balcon sans oublier le frigo gratuit et les bouteilles d'eau offerte . le personnels tres souriants et a l'ecoute des vacanciers. on vous porte meme vos bagages comme dans un 5etoiles. je remercie l'hotel anabel pour cette agreable sejour et j'espere etre de retour en novembre Je cherche ....... je ne trouve rien a dire !!!

L'accueil et surtout l'organisation dans la salle des repas. Super buffet et très bien présenté. Bravo. Chambre très coquette mais alors la télé très vieillotte et une très mauvaise réception - pas digne d'un 4 * dommage....

Hotel tres accueillant; le personnel est toujours à l ecoute que cela soit a l accueil comme au restaurant ou piscine et spa ; l animateur est tres dynamique et plein de joie de vivre communiquante; la restauration en buffet est extra et change tous les jours ; les propositions de plats sont originales et diverses ; c est un hotel qui accueille autant les familles que les couples ou jeunes ou personnes d un certains ages, chacun y trouve son compte !! des soirees sont organisées aussi le soir sur des themes differents et sont tres conviviales. En résumé j ai eté ravie de cet hotel dans sa globalité; ma fille qui m accompagnait a ete charmée aussi !!! pour chosiir cet hotel je me suis fiee beaucoup aux avis des personnes qui y avaient deja ete et je dois dire que j ai fait le bon choix !!!!! Que l Hotel anabel continue dans cette voie le plus longtemps possible !!! Rien de special a mentionné.

Tres bon accueil pour nous qui ne parlions pas un mot d'espagnol. Personnel très à l'écoute. Chambre certes un peu vieillotte, mais très propre et une très bonne literie. Les aniumations ne sont pas extraordinaires, mais on était sans enfant, donc pas d'importance pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les autres repas on les prenait à l'extérieur. Hôtel très bien placé si l'on veut faire la fête et plein de bons petits resto pas loin. Plein de petites boutiques sur le trajet de la plage aussi, mais bon ce n'est pas là que les prix sont les plus attractifs. Au petit déjeuner on aurait apprécier du vrai jus d'orange et un peu plus de viennoiserie et du pain de meilleure qualité. Pour ceux qui aiment manger salé le matin, c'est un régal, par contre. Les transats qui sont réservés par ceux qui se lèvent tôt, qui vont déjeuner et s'installent ensuite. Du coup; pour ceux comme nous qui se lèvent vers 9h30, qui vont prendre leur petit déjeuner, il n'y a plus de transats de dispo après 10h30. Et c'est le même chose à midi, mais là nous on allait à la plage, donc pas grave. Pensez à reserver le parking de l'hôtel à 8 € par jour, sinon, c'est un parking un peu plus loi mais à 15 € par jour. C'est un vrai point négatif pour cet hôtel.

Personnel discret, attentif aux sollicitations des clients. L’hôtel est calme et propreté, la nourriture y est excellente notamment le midi et le soir. Je recommande à tout le monde cet établissement, mais surtout aux familles. Les enfants sont pris en charge par une équipe d'animateurs dynamique et faisant preuve de beaucoup d'imagination. Moi j'y suis allé seul et j'étais bien accueilli, la prochaine fois je n'hésiterai pas à y emmener mes enfants.
