Not very clean especially the bathroom. Also one plug socket had no cover on it, dangerous!

Great location. Reasonable prices. 24 hour reception service. Great balconys for the rooms at the 6 floor.

The eleveter is a bit slow :)

First of all is location of the hotel: you can get moct important and popular sites in Madrid by walking 10-15 minutes. Everybody ,who get the room on the six floor ,get an beatiful addition - the balcony.It great!

Not enough clean, old furniture, bide facility has very strange construction ( impossible to use it). Contacts in light of bath room very bad , sometime need 40 sec to swith the light. But for 2 nights stay in the center of Madrid - it ok.

great location, but...

terrible staff- unhelpfull and dont know english, the room was exctreamly dirty and the bathrooms- i would prefer to hold it in! the receptionist are mean and rude. we wanted to sit on the porch, but the roof was leaking so we couldn't, did we get some of compensation- hell not!

hotel has a perfect location, room are big enough price was very atractive

The rooms were very nice.

The food was poor. For the price, it was terrible, My shrimp was cold and the food had no seasoning. If I had a car I would have gone somewhere else.
