Friendly staff,location and nothing else.

Very poor gym facilities,food,room had an ancient tv set,at one time luft didnt work for a few hours,pay for internet,had to pay for use of sauna....it was very poor all in all,sorry.

Excellent location close to beach, we stayed in apartments which were nice size. Best sun loungers ever. Didn't do half board but ate there only once, standard fayre for all in. Mostly German as is the resort so no bawdiness or late night disturbance but get up early for a lounger, that said we always manged to find two.

Fridge in appt 16 freezing everything, forgot to mention it on checkout.

the location was good, central but close to the beach

The food was very poor quality and they were mean about drinks at dinner charging a lot for small bottles of water etc. They did not sell half bottles of wine and the one I bought had gone off by the next night. We won a bottle of champagne as a hotel quiz prize but were not allowed to drink it in the restaurant with our meal and the attitude of the manager was quite aggressive. The rooms were a reasonable size but the beds old and bathrooms tired and in need of refurbishment At the poolside they insisted on playing loud music the whole time despite several people requesting that it be turned off or turned down which did not make it relaxing when one of my children needed a doctor they tried to charge 90 euros and would not provide claim forms to reclaim the cost. We found a local doctor for 45 euros who was happy to sign the forms. the lift broke down on our final morning just as we were trying to get our bags and the pram downstairs to leave

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly.It was ideal for me and my family of 4 children because of the central location in calla millor and closeness to the beach.The food was also excellent.

Very good location (on the beach) with nice sand and clean water, two open pools, friendly personnel, clean hotel, also right on the shopping street.

Missing wi-fi at all - no matter if it's free or paid but must have.

Great location in center of Cala Millor, on the seaside promanade. Good evening dinners, variety caters for English and Germans. Great evening entertainment. Friendly hotel staff at reception and bar.

Balconies are segregated from neighbours by glass walls, so not much privacy when sitting out, more like a theatre . Cooked breakfast in contract to dinner terrible, did not like eggs, bacon or sausages. No internet facilities except one computer in reception lobby. No wifi. This should be made clearer in hotel description.

We stayed in an apartment and found it to be very spacious, bright and comfortable and would definitely stay there again. The beach and evening bars and entertainment were on the doorstep but also nice and quite.

Location is excellent with access to beach, bar and restaurants.,Food very good standard every day. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is well maintained and very clean and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other holidaymakers.

I am unable to make any negative comment about this hotel and have no complaints about it at all.

At der var gummilagen på sengene så kroppen ikke kan ånde...

Frühstücksbuffett war kaum genießbar (und wir stellen keine großen Ansprüche an das Frühstück)

Wir hatten ein Appartement ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Die Lage der Appartements im gegenüber liegenden, separaten Gebäude ist toll mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Haus verfügt über 10 Appartements auf 5 Etagen und einen Lift. Die Appartements sind mit fast 50 qm angenehm groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Der große Balkon bietet mehr direkten als nur seitlichen Meerblick und den Blick auf das gegenüber liegende Hotel. Der Küchenbereich mit zwei Kochplatten hat eine ausreichende Grundausstattung, einen Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir jedoch vermisst. Das Bad mit Wanne ist geräumig und sauber und bietet genügend Ablageflächen.

Wir haben uns kaum im Hotelbereich aufgehalten, weil unser Appartement gemütlicher war als die zur allgemeinen Nutzung angebotenen Räume des Hotels. Diese waren zwar alle ordentlich und sauber, aber recht lieblos und rein zweckmässig eingerichtet. Vielleicht lag das auch daran, dass die Saison sich stark dem Ende zuneigte?! Ärgerlich war jedoch, dass der sehr kleine Fernseher nach einem Gewitter an unserem 2. Tag nur noch zwei der lediglich drei eingestellten deutschen Programme empfing und bis zum Schluß am 15. Tag nicht in Ordnung gebracht wurde.

à part la situation géographique, pas grand chose. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas 3*.

Chambre à 30 degrés avec clim défaillante (signale 3 fois, aucun changement). Nourriture très mauvaise et hygiène douteuse.. Chambre mal nettoyée et femme de chambre limite agressive si vous n'avez pas quitté votre chambre à une certaine heure. à ne pas recommander, il y'a beaucoup mieux dans le coin.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med läget & hotellet i sin helhet, det höll vad som utlovades. Det var rent och fräscht, vårt rum städades varje dag, trevlig personal, ok frukost och bra buffe på kvällen som ingick i vår halvpension. Två fina pooler, varav den ena mot havet, så man kunde växla att bada i hav/pool. Vi hade också turen att få ett rum med havsutsikt.

Tyvärr fick vi en dålig start... Vårt plan landade vid midnatt & transferen vi bokat dröjde, väl framme vid hotellet klockan 03.00 vid incheckningen beklagade man att det dessutom blivit en dubbelbokning på vårt rum! Så vi fick bo på hotellet tvärsöver gatan (Bikini) , det rummet luktade avlopp, med stenhård säng, som vi blev tvungna att sova i hela familjen eftersom extrasängen ej var bäddad, så inte så mycket sömn den natten. Efter att vi ätit frukost på Anba Romani morgonen därpå, hade de vårt rum klart iaf. Rätt dålig aircondition på rummet & mögellukt & myror i garderoben som angränsade till badrummet. Ingen Wifi på hotellet. Liten gammal tjock-TV på rummet, dåligt utbud på kanaler. Tysk underhållning vid ena poolen varje dag, kunde vi klarat oss utan.

Det hele var bare super.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand; einfaches, aber gutes Essen; Rezeption 24 Std. Besetzt; deutschsprechiges Personal.

Kein Fön im Zimmer; altes Möbel; kein Parkplatz vorhanden - man kann jedoch auf der Straße parken.
