I asked for a double bed, for my husband and I, and we were giving twins
instead. The upside was that we had 2 different rooms one for us and one
for the kids, and they put as next to each other. That was the trade off
not to ask for a double bed as I wished for.
We spent 10 days with my husband and two girls of 15 and 9. The
experience was really nice. The pool is big and we had never had the
feeling of crowdness. A wonderful beach is just next to the hotel. We
had half board and food was exquisite and how the buffet was organized
and the variety was very well done. Some times we missed one or other
item and they rapidly provided it to us.. In terms of the service we had
the sweetests memories of Elena caring for our table and drinks, with
her nice jokes and ample smile. From Leyva, always preparing the
"protein", with an smile and always the right attitude. Tomas
who prepared the best omelettes and creppes ever!. Manuel, Antonio, and
the sweet man who always gave us chocolates at night during the shows.
Service in the Iberostar was priceless. The only feedback we gave before
leaving was the fact that it's not easy finding out about the daily
activities, nor the fact you can go to the neighborhood resort ro enjoy
from the swimming pool and leusure activities. I hope the include that
information in a handy manner in the near future.
