The hotel is very modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was a great value.

The location in Granada is not especially convenient.

nothing I did not like but because this is a beach type resort, I suggest that when the weather is bad, you have some activities planned (movies, games, etc...)

The room and bathroom were very big and modern. Good price for the quality of the hotel, it is a good 4 star hotel well decorated and still looks new. The location was good for me because I have family living nearby, but it is not exactly on the old part of town.

- Location: not the nicest part of Granada and rather far from old city centre, we couldn't find a restaurant nearby - parking pretty expensive

Nice clean hotel, with spacious, modern, clean rooms, and in a quiet location. Very good value for money. Access to the Hotel's car park was also good, and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is very good , easy to find and on site parking, only 14.50€ a night. Very clean in all areas, excellent beds, polite staff good English in reception. Good room soundproofing. Plenty of bars, cafes and shops in the area.

Problems with door access cards. Did not always work. Hot tub on the roof terrace smelly. High cost to watch a film on tv. Cost of mini bar, this is the same problem in most hotels. I am sure if the cost was more reasonable<same mark up as a store> then more people would use them.

Good location just outside the city center, free parking on the street, no problems with noise, still only 20mins walk to cathedral in centre. Alhambra view from the rooftop swimming pool. Great value.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and good value.

The and mattress on the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable.We were unable to book the roof terrace restaurant and there was no alternative in the hotel,all other restaurants were closed not great with 4 teenagers to feed I also didn't like the pre authirisation signatures ie you sign for the car park that's ok bot the exit is REALLY tight getting out of so don't take a big car the other was signing for 6 breakfasts and then when 2 of my children weren;t up in time they were offered a continental alternative which I thought was nice but it turned out to be a doughnut and a coffee for 10.80 euros! I thought the staff were polite but unhelpful on this occasion I must say.

Excellent value for money. Very clean. Well kept. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Not much to complain about.

The location. A bit far from the center. And the roomes are a bit small.

Seemed to be short staffed

One lady from the hotel staff was really unhappy to host us. She did not speak English with us although she could even a little bit. The location is very very bad. It is far away from everywhere and it is not a good looking area. Bufet breakfast is week.

Staff is friendly. Parking space under the hotel. Cheaper breakfast options if you do not need the big one.

First room I was assigned to was on a no smoking floor. However, the room had a terrible smell of smoke. The friendly staff changed this at once. Location is somewhat out of the route to the center of the city.
