The location was brilliant. Really nice apartments. Very clean. Excellent staff. Nice pool would definitely stay again. We were only there for three nights and were always out so it never bothered us, but the TV freeview seemed to be connected to German television. I'm not sure if it was possible to change this, and I could understand if it was in Spanish, but maybe it could be made more clear at checkin to guests who aren't German. I'm not sure if the cleaning lady was just rude or she didn't think, but she was openly berating us outsider our door to her colleague in Spanish (which my partner is fluent in) for being slightly late on checkout.

Location is excellent, fairly modern with a powerfull shower and flat screen TV. All rooms have a pool view. people reserve sun beds so if you don't get one early you miss out

My Partner and I love this establishments, everything is fine, staff work continually cleaning, maintaining this place, receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located in the heart of Playa Del Ingles, with the Yumbo Centre next door with plenty of bars and restaurants, everywhere is easily accessible. Bus services from outdoor take you to The Airport, Las Palmas City Centre, Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogan and Maspalomas. Nothing

Hotel was close to the Yumbo Center, Very Clean, Staff very helpfully and friendly. This was my fourth time staying here and would always book it again when traveling to Playa del Ingles. The pool area was always very clean. Its a well run hotel.

Friendly staff Clean and secure Free wi-fi in rooms It was my partners birthday and we got a complimentary bunch of flowers and bottle of bubbly in the room A bit dated decor No air-con There was a carnival on for a few days and the really loud disco only 50 metres away went on until 05:00 a.m...........yes a.m ! Its the first time in 8 years since it was held near the hotel

The Staff were excellent, very pleasant. All parts of the hotel were very clean and very comfortable. Pool area was well maintained and clean. This was my second time staying at this Hotel in two years and I will continue to book this hotel when I return.

It was the best hotel that I have stayed in whilst going to Gran Canaria over the years. I can guarentee that next year I will be staying there again. Brilliant hotel, brilliant location. Comfortable and clean. I cannot find one fault. I was completely happy with everything the hotel offered. I cannot think of one thing that I didnt like.
