There was no hot water! So, taking a bath was out of question! The room was not clean. The wifi connection is just awful. Impossible to access to the Internet. No parking for the car. Taking the lift was an adventure. The room's smell was kind of awquard. The overall look of the hotel is very old and not comfy at all. Etc......

1) The price was great for a big room and a small kitchenette. 2) The location is just perfect. 3) The reception helped us with flamenco and bus reservations.

The location was perfect for city sightseeing. Breakfast was OK and inexpensive.

The area was very noisy until 5am in the morning.There was no cutlery in the room and we had to buy our own.

The hotel room had a little kitchen that we liked because allowed us to have coffee and tea and cooking facilities. The hotel was conveniently located near the centre of Seville

The room was confortable but when we stayed in the hotel the internet wi-fi was not working.

The hotel is approx15 min from the city center. Room was not very big, but of decent size. Clean.

Parking is not at the site and we were charged $12 for the night.

Interior design is old style.

It seems to be the best value en-suite self-catering accommodation close to the city centre. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day, fresh towels supplied and toiletries replenished. I had no problem with noise, the water was always hot, the air-conditioning was very efficient and WiFi reception was very good. The 3 Euro breakfast was simple but fine. The supermarket across the road was very convenient. The small kitchen area had a good fridge, microwave and sink. It's not the cheapest apartment hotel but is within walking distance of all the central districts. Courteous and efficient staff, 24 hour reception.

Very basic kitchen utensils, no corkscrew, coffee making facility, sharp knives, chopping board and no essentials like salt, pepper, washing-up liquid. If you travel with hand luggage only then be prepared to possibly have to buy a few items. There are no balconies and the views aren't great but not unexpected in a city hotel.

Location excellent. Always felt relaxed when entering or leaving. Rooms spacious and very clean.

Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water with a good bathroom ( including a bath) and hot plates as well as a microwave meant we were able to cook our meals every night.
