The Location. Very near of the city center. The existence of public parking at the rear of the Hotel.
The rooms are very badly soundproofed. There was a lot of noise in the hallways.
Location, lots of hot water, friendly staff English spoken
Very small room, very noise, smoking and animals in the building
Location of place, atention of staff cleanness
You need to complete kitchen stufs. Do not have enough dishes niether other devices, including glass
- Location was good , city center - Parking facilities available nearby at an added cost
- The kitchenette was very basic and the bed was not very comfortable - The cleaning was not done completely.
The space in the rooms, bathrooms and shared areas
The smell of drains as Spain used to be in the 1950s!
The staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the kitchenette - it was great to be able to cook for myself and not have to eat out all the time. The location is great - Triana is a wonderful part of the city, there is a supermarket on the corner and the main tourist attractions are an easy walk across the river. I extended my stay there and then extended it again. I would happily stay there again.
The website I used for booking said that there was a free tour available; not a deciding factor but an added bonus. It turns out that the tour is arranged by another company and the guides survive on tips. The tour is only free if you are insensitive to the needs of the guides to earn a living.
The location is good. Really close from Plaza de Cuba, you don't need any motorizations to enjoy downtown.
Free Wifi available for only 1 device per person, so if you have a smartphone and a tablet, you'll have to make a choice. The wifi is very low. We did not feel welcomed when we arrived. The building is old, as well as everything in the hotel. In the kitchen, you'll find the strict minimum, which is not enough to be comfortable. We had a TV in only 1 bedroom, instead of 2, and the screen was 17inch.
5 oda rezervasyonumuz vardı bazı odalar yemek yapıldığından dolayı kokuyordu: we have booked 5 rooms. and some rooms smells bad
It's an apartment hotel so rooms are with kitchen which was handy. You can easily see that the furniture and decoration is dated but overall it was a good price for value.
A bit of noise from the hallway (our room was opposite of the elevator). No water kettle in the kitchen. Supposedly you could ask for it but we stayed only one night so we didn't bother and boiled water in a pot. It wasn't immediately obvious how to switch on the stove and fridge (you had to switch on the fuses next to the door).
Just the lication and the friendly staff.
The room facilities because they are very old and needing urgently an update.
Great location and value for money. Flamenco bar across the road
Well located near the river. There is Flamenco just across the road from the hotel which is fantastic. The rooms are spacious.
It's a short stroll over the river bridge to the main city centre attractions, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the staff were helpful and pleasant.
The apartment was basic: painting and tiling a bit rough, the sofa not cleaned under the cushions, the wardrobe doors not fixed properly.
My room was spacious, nice bed, couch, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Small fridge, microwave, sink and dishes. If you were staying a while this would be the place to go. Staff was very helpful and there 24/7.
Location, basic apartment facilities and the price was good.
Attitude of reception on arrival was abrasive and impolite, bordering on plain rude, demanding full (4 nights) payment up front before room key handed over, and despite creditcard guarantee being held. Complaint made to daytime manager but since establishment appeared to be family run not much mileage there, although senior staff member did acknowledge incorrect night-time reception attitude and assured there was no necessity to pay up front. Street parking difficult although Euro12 secure facility nearby.
It was clean
Standard of accomodation was very poor compared to other through spain and Portugal , much like my boarding school room at school. Folder beds!!
A short walk across the river to the heart of the old town and touristic sights. Close to many tapas restaurants
Street noise in the early hours of each morning.
very noisy place at night
Localisation is ok, just behind the hotel there was nice promotion for parking-only 5 Euro/day.
Looks like mass market hotel, interior does not make nice atmosphere "too heavy" and not nice smell inside.
The proximity to everything from restaurants, food stores, historical sites.
The streets below are quite noisy. Every Sunday morning about 3 am the trash pick up occurred.
The hotel definitely needs some restoration
Old hotel - renovated, but still very old. Wi-fi not working. Credit card billed in advance although payment should have been done at the hotel.
Nothing again, ....here again...oh what a mistake!
Dirti rooms, no aircon, do not dare ask reception for help the white haired revenger state impossible! One wifi per person per room, power points do not work, open wiring connected to the fridge. All rooms smell of smoke so there is no point in asking for a non smoking room. I kept looking around to see if Manuel from Faulti Towers was around! Overpriced hotel and not even a one star hotel at that. Felt like I needed a shower when we left!
Nothing......arrhhh....no still nothing!
Rude staff. Kitchenette but no pots and pans and nothing to clean with we were told go get own. Residents in the building made sure all rooms were smoking rooms - the onli thing that came through the air conditioners and was free, otherwise aircon broken! Wifi did not work. The fridge was not plugged to the wall but wired....
