View on the sea port, central location & close to the beach, friendly reception.

Badly insulated windows in relation to noise from the plaza (especially early morning when the cleaning of the plaza starts).

There is a kitchen in the room. And the Apartment is very close to the beach and bus station.

No hairdryer. If you take a shower more than 10 minutes you will run out of hot water so you have to wait until the water is boiled again.

What a fantastic place to stay in La Palmas. Nice, clean appartment with view on the see. kitchen and own washing machine. Cleaning and new towels every day. Reception speeks in english and always ready to help. Parking in Elder garage 20 meters away for only 30 euro for seven days(or less) if you mention that you stay in Miami. Shopping mall opposite.

Very friendly staff, they cleaned 6 days a week, there is a back door that gives you all the freedom you need to enter at any time you want. There is fast internet and a washing machine (however nothing to hang the wet clothes)!

The windows didn´t close very well and it was cold. It´s very small, but that was written in the description. There is no microwave.

The cleaning was good and the cleaning ladies were really nice.

We had a rat one morning in our room on the 3rd floor that was not a nice experience. We changed room to a apartment on the 4th floor. The handyman was really nice.

Cooking facility was provided, room was cleaned every day. Friendly and helpful staff, reception was all round the clock. Near to beach, easy public transport. Good location, Worth for the money paid.

Not so great for couples because there were two single beds instead of a double bed.

Very friendly helpful and flexible staff which includes the administration staff as well as the ladies who clean the apartment. I enjoyed my stay and the location is perfect for accessibility to the shops, restaurents, and the beach. Thank you for your kindness.

It would be helpful if the occassional message on the door is also written in other languages, like English or German, especially when you arrive at night from a late flight abroad.

Excellent location, and very competative price.

Price was indication of shabby rooms, grubby linen and unreliable service, and not the bargain we were expecting. We received a phone call on the day prior to arrival and were asked what time we would be arriving on the Sunday, we said approximately 16.00, but were not told there would be no reception. On arriving we had to telephone a number for an elderly man to come and let us in. He showed us how to work the safes, (we had booked two rooms) and at no time did he mention an added cost. One room was plagued with mosquitoes, and two people were bitten, one baddly. One of the two rooms did not have a toaster, and when requested arrived as a clothes airer. The fly spray which was loaned, was removed even though the mosquitoes remained. The receptionist, was very helpful and efficient at times, but was unable to control her temper and quickly reacted to information she did not want to listen to.

Ubicación buenísima al lado de la playa, puerto, centro comercial, tiendas, estación de autobuses que conectan con toda la ciudad..la chica de recepción amabilísima (¡gracias!) dispuesta a todo y más. Buenas vistas desde la habitación y espacio para cocinar (fuegos, nevera y menaje). Muchas gracias por todo, muy recomendable

Hemos echado en falta un microondas y un poco más de espacio en la cocina.

Otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Utmarkt läge, fantastisk utsikt i tre väderstreck: mot hamnen, stranden och bergen. Bra parkering nära. Många restauranger och butiker i närområdet. Hop on hop off-bussen startar nära hotellet. Bekväm, välutrustad lägenhet.

Elhelyezkedés (boltok; strand; buszpályaudvar 5 perc gyalog); ár-érték arány kiváló.Recepciós kedvessége...utcára néző szobát foglaltunk de port/park- ra nézőt kaptunk ugyanazért az árért!

Az első napon jeleztük; hogy a tv készülék nem működik (bedugva 220-ba szikrázik) sajnos a készülék cseréje/javítása ígéret maradt egy hét után is. (A wifi megfelelően működött a 4. emeleten internet elérés rendben volt ; tv-re nem volt szükségünk)

A vista, a localização, a limpeza diária, possibilidade de poder lavar roupa já que tinha máquina.

Não tinha produtos de higiéne pessoal. Colchões velhos e desconfortáveis, não tinham almofadas extras. O Barulho que vinha do exterior.

La posizione dell’ apartahotel risulta sulla piazza centrale favorevole per spostarsi verso tutte le direzioni Lo scaldabagno molto piccolo non permetteva la normale doccia, inoltre quando arrivava in temperatura perdeva, ho segnalato il problema ma nessuna soluzione. Posizione centrale ma molto rumorosa per il riposo notturno e la mancanza delle tende “scure” non facilitavano il riposo al mattino. Dalle finestre entrava la pioggia.

es un sitio limpio con una excelente y con buena calidad precio,

faltaba jabon y gel en el baño y hay que tener cuidado con el agua caliente se consume pronto ya que el termo es pequeño

был карнавал, а окна без звукоизоляции, поэтому было ощущение, что мы спали непосредственно на танцполе. стены обшарпанные, местами слезает лохмотьями штукатурка. рамы со щелями в палец толшиной, так что при сильном ветре в комнате было весьма прохладно. скудно оборудованная кухня.
