Spacious, clean and comfortable. Terrace and views from penthouse apartments s real feature. Owner a good source of info. Great location in the heart of Albaycin. Good underground parking at a fee.

Make sure you nominate a time of arrival as the apartments are usually unstaffed and you won't get in without calling the owner. Getting the car in was a real adventure! We got stuck in an alley led there by the GPS and relied on the apartment owner to guide us out and through the proper route in. It would really pay to call the owner and get advice on access . Getting out was much more straightforward. WiFi is intermittent at best which is a concern if, like us, you rely on it for booking accom at the next place.

Located in delightful area! Apt was nice size and had parking available under bldg. Manager was very helpful.

area above tub must have had some leaking and there was a spot on ceiling with chipping paint and water marks.

The location of this apartment is amazing, right in the centre of the old quarters, really added that special something to our holiday.

It's located at country side which created soothing atmosphere for us who come from the city. Mr Havis; person in-charge was very helpfull, friendly and kind.

Difficult to look for 'halal food' around the neighbourhood apartment and rather inconvenience for us to take bus to the city to look for food.

Centrally located very near Puerta Del Sol and can easily move around Omadrid city center and the sights

Due to its central location and a popular restaurant side street, it can be a bit noisy even into th emorning especially the weekend but otherwise the apartment is fine.

Xavier was very friendly and knew his stuff. Apartments excellent. Great Location, interesting but strenuous 20min walk to the Allahmbra or downtown. Buses and taxis everywhere if you need them. Good kitchen and a small supermercado across the street. SMALL cars only folks! The public street used to exit the hotel parking weaves between restaurant tables and was according to our man Xavier "un poco estrecho" (a little tight). VW Golf fitted through with less than an inch to spare on both sides after you folded the mirrors in. A Poco estrecho indeed.

Pervasive neighborhood sewer smell in the morning. Not sure if that was temp or permanent, but hard to ignore the weekend we were there.

It is perfect apartments in the center of Granada. The owner is very nice man who was very kind to explain us everything, showed the map (it is hard to get from one to another point in Granada )))) and helped to park our cars in a very small garage downstars. The apartment was really spacy! All kitchen and other eqiupment was available. Big leaving room with a double sofa and sleeping room with kingsize bed. We liked everything!!! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends!

The Apartamentos Abulaci are set in the Albayzin area of Granada which is very close to many of the sights and easy to get to from the bus station, costing only 8 euros by taxi. The apartments were very clean and modern with a fridge and microwave etc. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He recommended various places for us to visit and gave us the directions. He even allowed us a late check out, free of charge! I would highly recommend these apartments.

The penthouse was spacious,clean, quiet area, restaurants near by and owner very nice. There is bus transportation to and from Plaza Nueva most of the day. Jardines de Zoraya is a 1 min. Walk from the main entrance. You can walk into town but be warn you will need good walking shoes to come back up the hill and steps. Use the bus or a taxi if you can find one instead. There is parking on site. Pet friendly too.

It was very difficult to locate if you don't know the area. That would probably be most coming from out of town. Some taxis didn't want to drive in the narrow streets it located. We followed a taxi to get to address.

Está super bien situado en el centro del albaycin, el que lo atiende Javier es muy amable y te facilita mucho las cosas, y el apartamento es muy cómodo.

De ligging, gunstig in Granada en in een sfeervol straatje, en de parkeergarage onder het gebouw. Er was hier wifi, een positieve verrassing, want dit wisten weer niet vooraf. Het is een redelijk ruim appartement. Ook het dakterras was fijn.

Het is behoorlijk zoeken naar het appartement in de smalle straatjes met veelal eenrichtingsverkeer of alleen toegang voor auto's met speciale licentie. De inrichting had wat sfeervoller gemogen.

La situation au coeur du très beau vieux quartier d'Albayzin, la proximité de tous les commerces, bars et restaurants, l'impression de " vie de quartier " que l'on ressent dès lors que l'on séjourne plusieurs jours, la situation qui permet de découvrir Grenade à pied. La possibilité de garer la voiture sous l'immeuble ( indispensable dans ce quartier même si c'est cher -15 euros par jour- ). Un rapport qualité-prix intéressant à l'époque où nous y étions ( début mai ). Malgré les quelques points négatifs signalés nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement et sommes prêts à y séjourner à nouveau.

Il n'y a pas d'interlocuteur présent sur place. Seul 'accueil est assuré. L'équipement de la kitchenette est sommaire et nos demandes n'ont pas été suivies d'effet. L'appartement est annoncé pour 4 à 6 personnes mais si l'on excepte la chambre nuptiale très correcte, la 2e chambre comporte un lit solo avec un lit- tiroir et les 5e et 6e couchages, dans le salon sont constitués d'un canapé très peu confortable avec un lit tiroir en dessous. En fait cet appartement est très convenable pour 4 personnes dont 2 enfants

L'accueil, la situation géographique, la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans l'hôtel, le confort.

Le plafond de la salle de bain était abîmé certainement du à un dégat des eaux

Uitstekend gelegen middenin het Albaicin; supermarkt en restaurants naast de deur; geweldige tapasbar tegenover; eigenaar uiterst vriendelijk en hulpbereid, legde goed uit hoe we naar het appartement moesten rijden; appartement ruim en schoon; parkeren in de garage vereist enige lenigheid; rijden in het extreem krappe Albaicin vereist doodsverachting of een huurauto zonder eigen risico. Naar centrum ca. 15 minuten lopen door prachtige wijk.

Bed was vrij smal; bestek e.d. was voor 4 personen terwijl we een 5-persoons appartement hadden. Aankleding vrij spartaans - zou iets meer inspiratie kunnen gebruiken.

Das Appartement ist in einem schönen Stadtviertel von Granada mit kurzen Wegen zue Alhambra und ins Zentrum.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, da es um einen innenhof herum gebaut ist, in dem es sehr schallt. Auch die Geräusche aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung hört man sehr.Die Küche ist sehr wenig eingerichtet. Unserer Wohnung hatte auch keine Balkon, obwohl dieser laut Beschreibung dabei sein sollte.

Appartamento molto bello e ben arredato con climatizzazione e riscaldamento. Interno del complesso con patio su cui si affacciano tutti gli appartamenti, molto suggestivo. Possibilità di parcheggio su prenotazione. Se si viaggia in auto è meglio telefonare prima dell'arrivo perchè l'appartamento è in una zona a traffico limitato.

Le strade per arrivare in macchina sono molto strette e senza possibilità di parcheggio. Il navigatore non trova la strada, meglio viaggiare senza auto.
