Each apartment comes with an individually styled, open-plan space, with one double bed and a double sofa bed. They overlook the streets of the Born district and enjoy plenty of Mediterranean light.

Area information

Located in the heart of the Born district: the area where most artists live and where you will find the most chic bars and restaurants as well as art galleries, crafts’ shops and shopping centres that open every day (Maremagnum).

There are also numerous discos, fashionable clubs, bars and restaurants, terraces and patios where to enjoy a drink in historic buildings, etc.

Moreover, nearby you will be able to visit the cathedral of Santa Maria del Mar, Ciutadella’s Park, the Zoo, Picasso’s Museum, the Gothic Cathedral, Santa Caterina’s Market, Palau de la Música, Liceu, Barceloneta’s beach, etc.

Transport:
- Jaume I Underground Station (Underground: Yellow Line –Number 4) and Arc de Triomf Underground Station (Underground: Red Line – Number 1).

Travel information

By plane:
From the international Barcelona Airport.
- Take the commuter train (RENFE) to Arc de Triomf or Estacion de Françia and then take a taxi to the Key Collection point.

- Alternatively, take the daily bus (AEROBUS) service that runs from the airport to the city centre. Stop at Plaça Catalunya and then it takes 10 minutes to reach the apartments.

Payment Information:
Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservation.

At check-in all guests are required to pay a EUR 150 deposit with a credit card. All guests should ensure that they bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Arrival Information:
All guests should call the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation 48 hours prior to arrival in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. When booking, please provide a contact telephone number and email address in the Comments box.

Check-in:

Monday-Friday: from 09:00 until 23:00
Weekends: from 09:00 until 18:00

At all other times check-in takes place at Hotel Balmes, at 216 Carrer Mallorca.
