Bra läge utanför turistområdet. Nära till metron. Lugnt område med gångavstånd till Sagradia Familia. Vi fick en stor lägenhet med välutrustad köksdel. Bra städning varje dag.

Nothing To the point to annoy someone

Very friendly and helpful personnel, quiet and convenient location, just one step to beautiful Hospital de Sant Pau and within walking distance to Sagrada Familia. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen appliances - this is important when you travel with your family. Value-for-money balance is perfect.

I prefer -location, -nice kitchen and comfortable room, -attitude to the guests from the staff

-low wifi signal -problems with English speaking people on reception

Had to get twin beds changed to double on arrival. Booking.com indicated it was a double room on website and that twin beds would need to be specially requested. As it turned out the reverse was needed. They sorted it out quickly.

Everything, helpful staff, great apt, big and comfortable, clean and quiet and overall a great deal. I left a sign in spanish and catalan saying how excellent a place it was--staff so pleasant with my limited spanish and helped us greatly when we came in at 10pm.

That parking in Barcelona can be hard to find, not the fault of the hotel at all. So I would come back in an instant-- right near Cascara Sagrada and the hospital of Sant Pau. I wish the town had bigger street signs as finding it at night with a map was exciting and I probably broke the law several time getting there.

Big appartment with very good price. Totally equipped with kitchen, wash machine and all the equipment you need to cook. You can find easily public parking places in the area (2.5e/h).

The internet connection was awful.

Had everything you needed for self catering. Close to supermarkets and bars.

Not easy to find reception. You need to enter the building and go up first flight of stairs and catch the lift to the 6th floor. Only had one doubleroom and travelled as 2 couples.

A very nice and capacious room full of comfort. Very well located.

I had asked for a double bed and I got two single beds.

The flat that I end up to stay in was very cold with no hot water. The reception that deal dealt with the accomodation was probably the most basic that I never come across and the location was really not close at all to any Metro station.

The position was very close to the Metro, so travel was not an issue. There were plenty of restaurants and bars close by but the apartments were quiet. They were very clean and the maid came in every day. Excellent value for the price, I would stay here again

It was a very cold weekend in Barcelona, there was snow. The apartment was not very warm, it was heated by one heater. In the summer, no issues, but not the best in the winter

Very clean, not very old, Good location walking distance to sagrada familia 5 min to rambla 20-30 min, pretty quiet, apts aare equipped with all u need for minimum comfort - I guess if u are looking for 1 star place it's amazing but probably not the cheapest as well

Apts are inside 1 star hotel which is impossible to understand while making reservations, so we didnt expect 1 star but it really was by all means - very small and minimalistic by design in poor way. Staff at the reception is not super-friendly for requests from guests, was pretty rude when we got late for 10 min for check out

Location....walking distance to Sagrada familia. Good bus and metro connection to Pl. Catalonia, port vell and Pl Espanya. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean apts, spacious.

Staff speaks very little English. Hot water is via boiler meaning, you and family needs to be quick on shower if you want the hot water to last for your family without waiting for reheating time. No hotel car park.....not even drop off area, but the road is not busy and so you can stop for few minutes of downloading your luggage. Nearest car park costs 30 per day. The long term BSM car park is about 4 Kms away.

Good location five minutes to St Pau metro station. The hotel is on Travessera de Gracia which is a main thoroughfare with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. It's not far from the city centre either. The place was spotless and cleaners came every day to change towels, etc.

My apartment was on the road side of the building and was very noisy at night due to the high level of traffic and ambulances going to the nearby hospital. In addition during some of the days there was construction work going on in the neighboring building. I'd give the place a qualified endorsement but only because I got a low price over the Xmas period.

A bit noisey from the road, They have cooking facilities but no basic like salt, sugar etc.

Studio apartment is well-equipped, location is good, WiFi works perfectly.

Staff doesn't speak English, apartment is heated by air-conditioner.

The apartment was very spacious, facing the front of a residential street, it was well placed. Quiet location, yet 5 minutes from the closest metro stop and 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia.

Nobody speaks a word of English in the apartments and that is very inconvenient. We somehow managed with sign language, but that is not easy. The ladies were very patient and friendly but with a language barrier its difficult to communicate. Our room was smelling badly each day as there was no air circulation normally in the room. The reception ladies didn't understand a word of English and could not understand our problem. They kept pointing at the air freshner when we got them to our room. This problem was not fixed but we were forced to open our windows and sleep, this was OK as it was not too cold, but peak winters this could be a problem.

Everething is new or refurbished, the apartment was so clean and confortable, one large room for a couple. But with two single beds, and a smaller room that can acomodate two people with some confort.

The only thing is that you have to walk about 5 blocks from the metro station, not good if you have too much luggage.
