The flat was clean and tidy and spacious. The landlord was friendly and helpful. The apartment was located close to Puerta del Sol - 10min walk and to Atocha Station - 15 min walk. Nearby supermarket. Air conditioning was fine. The beds were very comfortable. The area was friendly and safe day and night. We really enjoyed our stay. We travelled extensively, so it was handy to have the Metro and Atocha at hand. We would use the same apartment again. Nothing - I cannot fault anything regarding the apartment.

The apartment is small but very well organized, it have every thing you need in the kitchen in the bathroom, nice shower and it was very clean. The location is perfect, you are in the centre of Madrid and very close to the metro.

Umiddelbart en større lejlighed end man får indtryk af på billederne. Elevator (vær opmærksom på at du skal 10 trin op ad trappe fro at nå elevatoren) Nærmeste metro station har ikke elevator, så det er lidt bøvlet at komme op med klapvogne.

В центре, все есть для приготовления пищи, недалеко маркет carefore. Чистенько, инет бесплатен. Мы были довольны! Шумновато ночами, т.к. рядом лифт. Нет нормального окна на улицу, 1 этаж. Но для 3 дней нормальный бюджетный выбор!

апартаменты были на первом этаже, слышно абсолютно все! как прихдят и уходят люди, как кто-то долбает входную дверь, как разговаривают, как кто-то спускает воду. атас! только беруши спасали. мебель икеа и уже порядком шаталась. в душевой надо быть осторожным. слив еле работает и потом может быть потоп. стиралки нет, сушить вещи-непонятно как, гладильной доски тоже нет.

Très bien placé dans un quatier très animé. L'appartement est uper sympa, bien passé, pour 2 ou pour 4 c'est génial ! Petit térasse (no amménagée) mais qui peut être un vrai point frais pendant les périodes chaudes. Bien équipé, franchement c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Seul défaut de cet appartement... il est ultra mal isolé, du coup on entend vraiment tout (parte de garage, ascenseur, chasses d'eau des voisins, paroles dans le couloir,...) mais bon, ça n'empêche quand même pas de dormir !

Ubicación perfecta para visitar Madrid. El personal que nos atendió muy amable. Apartamento nuevo, muy bien dotado y confortable Superó nuestras expectativas. Un poco escasa la ropa de aseo para 5 días de estancia. En el precio de la web debería ponerse el coste de la limpieza final. El wifi falló los 2 últimos días.

Excelente la relación calidad/precio. estaban esperándonos cuándo llegamos. Nos dieron un apartamento mejor que el contratado por el mismo precio. Buenas toallas y ropa de cama. Suelos de madera y muy buena calefacción (nos cogió unos días muy fríos). En general muy satisfecha. La calle Ave María está en una cuesta con bastante pendiente y a las personas mayores que viajaban con nosotros les resultó fatigoso.

Месторасположение отеля. Требование доплаты в 25 евро к уже завявленной цены от Booking.com с обоснованием уборки номеров абсолютно безосновательно, т.к. никакой уборки, смены полотенец или еще чего-нибудь не будет.Объяснение-уборка после вашенго отъезда - полный бред.

la zona cucina, intesa come forno .stoviglie, cappa e accessori erano sporchi di unto.La caldaia dell'appartamento al primo piano presentava delle perdite di acqua.I copri divani erano tutti macchiati di sporco, ed anche il pavimento non era pulito a sufficienza presentando delle incrostazioni.La biancheria da bagno era appena sufficiente per un giorno, per lo meno sarebbe opportuno offrire doppio completo per ogni persona.

O aquecimento, decoração moderna e espaçoso. Próximo dos principais pontos da cidade e com comércio próximo. Apesar do apartamento tem uma lotação total de 4 pessoas e não tinha talheres (nomeadamente garfos) suficientes para todos. Temos que dar 35€ para a limpeza e o forno estava sujo, antes de o utilizar tive que fazer uma limpeza. Tinha a indicação que havia leitor de DVD não constava em parte nenhuma do apartamento.

De contactpersoon was vriendelijk en flexibel. De ligging is ideaal om de meeste interessante plekken in Madrid te voet te bezoeken. Ook de metro is dichtbij redelijk wat kleine gebreken (kapotte lampen, loszittende douchekop).

Erg vriendelijk en genoeg faciliteiten aanwezig. Vrij rustige locatie midden in het centrum. Bij het gebruik van de oven sprong de zekering regelmatig. Ook de douchehaak zat los. Vrij klein voor 4 personen (wij waren met 2 in een 4 persoonskamer, dus dat was voldoende).

Много добро местоположение, една много голяма стая преградена по- модерен начин с мебели Икеа на 2 стаи и баня в бяло, 2 единични легла и един разтегателен диван, удобно и комфортно на страхотна цена и много добро място. Не ми хареса следното: - когато пристигнахме ни накараха да заплатим такса от 25 евро за " почистване на стаята след нашия престой не по време на него". Тази такса при резервиране на апартамента никъде не беше упомената и беше голяма изненада за нас. - не се сменят кърпи за целия престой - входната вътрешна врата се затваря изключително шумно и се чува като разтрисане на сградата. - няма прозорци със свеж въздух.
