Apartments in a good location clean with all you require for a self contained holiday bonus a washing machine.

could do with a decent showerhead

Close to most amenities, size of appt, not to high up.

Kettle to small, no pegs, no cupboards in bathroom, no mirror in bedroom.

Apartments were very clean and located between old town and new town used the washing machine for the towels as you dont get clean ones

Although the place was very clean the furniture was very tired looking and could be done with an update hot water issue in the morning after one shower no hot water left no clean towels or sheets

As a seasoned traveller to Spain, Benimar had everything I would expect of a Spanish apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had more than ample space for two people with a large balcony, living area and kitchen. I thought it was ideally situated being a ten minute walk to the old town, ten minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the nightclub / cabaret area. Also I arrived by public bus direct from Alicante airport. This stops and returns from Avenida de Europa and again is only ten minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Some would find the beds too firm but it was fine for me. There is not much food prep surface in the kitchen if you plan to do much cooking & ladies bring a makeup mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom.

Good size room, appartment had everything you needed. Nice and quiet so guaranteed a good nights sleep but only a few mins walk from the madness!

There was never anyone on reception. Handy enough to get keys when checking in, they were in a hotel across the road but had to leave early due to a family emergency and had no way of checking out. No one to return the keys to, had to leave in a post box behind reception which was quite worrying as we paid €150 key deposit! For this reason alone I would never stay in Benimar again. In a week there was no cleaner in our room however when we went looking for the cleaner she did give us clean towels. No poolside bar either.

Good Location

Lack of staff available for info. No cleaning or clean towels. Very basic

comfortable, clean, handy for supermarket, central.

Nice and handy for everything.

The only thing was,no staff on duty after a certain time,just emergencies phone number,we had problems with T. V. The hole stay,reported it twice,not fixed,as it was not an emergencies we never used phone so waited for the duty staff.

We have stayed in these appartments twice now, they are very good value for money, we have never had any problems, everything works as it should, a good heating system for winter holidays, helpful staff and close to both the old and new towns

From a womens point of view. My only complaint would be there is only one mirror and that is in the bathroom, it would help if there was a mirror in the bedroom 2 people can get ready at the same time then

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well cared for. I liked the 2 balconies and the lady who greeted us was very pleasant and nice.

The beds were too hard.

it had every thing we needed for our holiday, fully equiped kitchen , spacious living area, separate bedroom, bath shower and bidet,,will defenatly recomend thie too my friends,,

was quiet happy with everything. pool was a bit small,

The apartments are great for what we want as we don't want to stay in a hotel.....just read all good comments on trip adviser they tell the truth as they hav a certificate from trip adviser for 2012 on the wall in reception......our advise is if u want 5star books 5star.....

i liked everything about benimar apts.close to beach shops and bars. very secure and spotless clean. lovely apt with two baloncies. would recommend these apts to anyone. had a great stay there. lady on reception very helpful.

The apartmentments were ideally situated for the shops, beach and restaurants. The apartments where clean and tidy and are definately value for money.

There was nothing much to dislike but could do with an update on some of the furniture especially the beds. Having said that it is still value for money.

The cleanliness of the apartments was great, Arrived at night and the staff was at the apartment gate in 5min after I called ,everything in apartment you need fridge, washing machine,iron,TV, all staff very friendly , and don't know who thought cleaner was grumpy, she was lovely and hardworking, very good location to old and new town.

The apartment was comfy and spacious, well equipt and the washing machine came in handy. Stayed at benimar twice now and enjoyed it both times.

Good sized apartments with everything we needed, decent sized pool.

Staff had very little English which caused a few issues when arriving and departing, we payed more than what the Booking.com website charged but the staff didn't understand and charged the full price off what they usually charge. a bit of a walk to the areas we spent most time at but overall a nice place to stay.

central, between old and new town also not far from beach

the location was fine once you get your bearings. rooms clean and spacious. pool decent size and clean.

if your staying for seven days or less than you dont have your sheets or towels changed unless you pay extra !!! whilst i appreciate its "self catering" but reception open 2 hours of a morning then no one there unless on days where new people arriving.
