We chose this self-catering accommodation because we needed a place to stay for a week while we helped my father look for a place to live in nearby Javea. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heat and a/c, an adequate kitchen, a washing machine and secure parking for the price of a typical double room in a hotel (this was in the off-season). The beach and the promenade that runs all the way to the main marina are a minute away. I don't know how quiet the private caravan park next door is outside of the very off-season but it was quiet in January, as was the neighbourhood in general. The building is in Les Rotes, 2 km west of Denia, and well away from the busy beach and port scene that characterizes Denia.

There was lots of course particulate in the air during our stay and it was unclear if it was coming from outside, the building's air system, or both. Judging from the amount under the beds and on surfaces infrequently cleaned I'd guess our experience was typical. If you're sensitive to "dust" this isn't a good choice for you. And the beach below the hotel is not sandy like the rest of Denia. If you're looking to swim you'll need shoes and it's probably not suitable for small children unless they're used to rocky beaches.

The apartment was well equipped, such as washing machine, dish washer, big fridge and other kitchen equipment. Free WiFi wasn't listed, but did exist, so it was a positive surprise at the arrival. The shared pool downstairs is also a plus. The area is quiet.

The apartment is far from town center (about 2km). The beach in front of the house is nice for observing and snorkeling, but because of it's rocky, you can scratch and cut yourself really easily. Also no possibility to lie down at the beach, because of stones and rocks. The weather appears to be also colder and more windy, then at the closest soft-sandy beach in Javea (about 20min drive thru the mountain). The beach in Denia is also sandy, but also contains many sharp riffs, so this location is not recommended for families with kids or for anybody who prefers to stay at the beach the most of the time.

Very high standard for a reasonable price. Good location for people who want to avoid usual tourism noise and crowds.

We stayed for five days with 3 young children, the apartment was very spacious, clean with well equipped kitchen, just like a home away from home. The breathtaking, rocky beach were just a few steps down the road, easily accessible on foot with young children. Parking is free and convenient. We had a great time and we are returning again surely. The staff was very helpful.

The jakuzzi was not working well and we did not see the pool with those beautiful, different coloured lights, as it is advertised on the photos. Elevator would be nice, too, and towels should be provided.

Sa situation dans un endroit très calme, bien que près d'un camping, l'équipement de l'appartement, nous étions 2 couples, douche et sanitaire indépendant pour chaque couple, belle terrasse, le fait également qu'a l'agence nous avons rencontré Bruno, qui parle très bien le francais, et répond à nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité

Nette appartementen, eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats, volledige keuken met wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron en grote koelkast.

Erg gehorig, parkeerdek gemaakt voor schade aan je auto (let op de palen die onderaan breder zijn dan bovenaan, ingewikkelde magnetron zonder beschrijving, wifi was in principe snel genoeg, maar haperde waardoor streaming beelden lastig werd.

Apartamento bien equipado y con todo tipo de comodidades en buen estado. Las persianas automáticas son muy funcionales. La piscina iluminada por la noche le da un plus ya que las niñas se podían bañar tras un largo día en Mundomar. Les encantó. Las calas de rocas son muy bonitas y de agua muy limpia, se pueden ver peces bajo el agua. El parking privado también nos resultó de gran utilidad.

El apartamento está alejado de Dénia, hay que pillar el coche hasta para ir a por el pan. Si no tienes GPS te va a costar encontrarlo, aunque te dan un mapa sacado de google para que te sirva de ayuda.

La situation géographique. Avec un paseo qui permet de revenir vers la ville de Denia.

El apartamento es muy moderno y todo esta nuevo y limpio, el personal atento y siempre a disposición.

El colchón de muelles aunque era nuevo es algo incomodo.el sofá queda pequeño para 4 o 5 ocupantes.

Excelentes instalaciones, el apartamento esta super bien ubicado y tiene vistas preciosas

La logistica de busqueda y entrega de la llave fue un poco complicada

Es una ubicación muy buena para una escapada tranquila, cerca de un paseo muy bien acondicionado para hacer deporte y pasear a la orilla del mar. El apartamento muy luminoso. La cocina y la terraza me encantaron.

Creo que deberían poner un pequeño pack de bienvenida (jabón de manos, lavavajillas, estropajo y paño de cocina) lo mínimo para cuando llegas no tener que salir a la tienda a comprar. Les puedo asegurar que he estado en bastantes apartamentos turísticos y nunca me había pasado esto. La limpieza también debían mejorarla. Sinceramente me parece una desconsideración para las personas que acaban de llegar de un viaje más o menos largo.

La zona es muy tranquila, el apartamento moderno y confortable. Las calas preciosas y a solo dos minutos a pie.

La falta de ascensor o a menos un pequeño montacargas para las maletas.

Great appartment . very helpful staff in town . 3 bedrooms ,1 bath WC , 1 shower WC ,nice balcony overlooking the sea . we were there end of october out of season. The whole thing was excellent .

Het was luxe om met gezin, bestaande uit vijf personen, gebruik te mogen maken van twee badkamers. De keuken was goed voorzien van allerlei apparaten (magnetron, afwas- en wasmachine, broodrooster en grote Koellast. En het prachtige uitzicht! Alles voelde luxe aan. Onze puber kinderen waren blij met wifi!

Het was ons niet duidelijk waar de spa zich bevond. We kregen wel twee vrijkaarten, maar de locatie vd spa stond niet aangegeven.

Wij hadden tevoren gemeld dat we iets later zouden zijn dan 20 uur 's avonds ivm onze vlucht vanuit Nederland. Toen ik om 19.55 uur belde vanaf Alicante werd mij gemeld (door een Nederlander) dat ze op de andere lijn in gesprek waren, maar mij zouden terugbellen binnen 2 minuten. Dat gebeurde niet. Ik heb wel 5 keer vanuit de auto geprobeerd contact op te nemen. Steeds de voicemail. Bij het sleutelophaalpunt was niemand meer. Bij de appartementen ook niet. Heel fijn als je met 2 kleine kinderen om 22 uur 's avonds geen hotel / appartement hebt. Waardeloze service dus.
