Su limpieza y situación, a pie se visita todo el pueblo de Santillana. Facilidad de aparcamiento y juegos para los niños, tienen mesa de villar, ping-pong, juego de la rana futbolin y minicampo de golf. Además permiten máscotas pequeñas, en nuestro caso viajamos con un perro de raza carlina. Apartamento un poco justo para cuatro personas

La ubicación es buena, el apartamento estaba limpio, las camas son bastante cómodas, el chico de recepción muy amable. La falta del servicio de limpieza durante nuestra estancia.

En los días de estancia nadie paso por el apartamento para limpiar ni cambiar las toallas. Hacia calor y al dormir con las ventanas abiertas el ruido de los coches en la carretera ( los Apartamentos están a pocos metros de la carretera) molestaba muchísimo.

Está muy bien equipado para un uso familiar, con zonas de juegos dentro del hotel, cubiertas y al aire libre. Muy buena ubicación tanto para acceder en coche como para visitar Santillana.

Me ha gustado mucho el confort del apartamento y que es muy cómodo para viajar en familia. Además, está situado al lado del casco viejo de Santillana, muy cerca del zoo y de la neocueva de Altamira.

la situación es buena y el personal también relación calidad precio muy mala, hay hoteles y apartamentos mucho mejores y más baratos en esa zona. el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, únicamente a la sala común

Los servicios en cuando a parque infantil, salas de juego y salas de estar son muy buenos Nos alojaron en apartamento donde queda el hueco del ascensor dentro y genera mucho ruido diurno y nocturno. No tiene aire acondicionado y considero que con el precio que estipulan puede ser viable.
