Room was quite nice with plenty of light and space.

Staff at reception was not friendly and sometimes felt hostile. Book it without breakfast as there are only 2 fixed types available.

the room was cleaned every other day andfresh towels provided, we asked when booking to be accomodated on the top floor to get a better view of the sea, we had room 601 and it was dual aspect , larger balcony than most and an incredible view! we were extremely worried about comming to the carrib as the reports we'd read were not entirely favourable ie noise at night, lack of cleanliness, i am so glad we still stayed their, great value for money, no problem what so ever with noise, food from bar good price also included drink and 30min free wi fi for 7 e. would definatly stay here again!

the only downside to the appartment was no oven in appartment, i can understand the bussiness lodgic behind the dessision ie encourage more sales for food, but was a little inconvieniant at times!

Excellent accommodation, great facilities, nice pool, loads of Sun beds, 5 minutes to the nightlife.

The view from balcony is amazing. For this price is ok, nothing special.

Rooms were clean and beds comfy, stayed on 6th floor and view was amazing, clean towels nearly everyday! Great value for money. Only 2mins from the beach and about 5mins to veronicas strip. Will definitely stay here again

Not really a negative but there was a few stag parties stayin in the apartments and could be heard at night but didnt keep us awake

Supermarket in the Hotel. Friendly Bar Staff. Pool was well maintained. Cleaning staff were very intriqette and friendly.

Some Reception staff were not very helpful or friendly.

The only thing that we liked was the location. Next to the boulevard, the beach, some shopping possibillity's and a lot of little nice restaurants.

The bed's were horrible.. Our appartement looked a bit outdated. The cabinets fell almost apart.. We stay there for six night.. And sometimes they had clean our room.. And other times they forget. The staff was not so nice. We had a room on the swimmingpool.. They start cleaning the swimmingpool at eight o'clock.. So you can't sleep out because, it makes a lot of noise!! The swimmingpool is only open until seven o'clock. It's not possible to play with a ball in and round the swimmingpool.. Even there isn't anyone.. The television is also a bit outdated and there are a lot of cockroaches!.. (There is a spray against it, under the sink. You have to inject the hole appartment to have the cockroaches two days out of sight.

Everything: the view through window to ocean and to la Gomera, palms, pool, good place in city, not far to go to the beach.

The pool opens only on 10 am

Cockroaches in room! Staff lied me in the eye that they call company to fix it. They do nothing with it. I stay there for 7 days... If cockroaches are not your favorite pet, dont go there.

This was my second time at Caribe. Both times I have paid for a sea view room which was well worth it ! as the apartment was clean an tidy simple but the kitchen was well equipped, I think the sea view apartments have not long since had revamp and very tastefully decorated

Spacious apartment with a great balcony to look out over the pool and with a sea view (if you get one of the apartments higher up). Amazing value for money Nice pool and restaurant.

A little dated, but clean and tidy. Can be a bit noisy with partying young groups.

On arrival on Sunday 7th April,2013 around 12.30pm we met a very friendly and helpful Receptionist who checked us in very quickly and told us that our room would be ready in circa 1 hour. She gave us a voucher for a free drink in the Mini Bar which was a nice start to our holiday.Our Apt was nice and clean and we had perfect seaviews from our balcony. It was quiet apart from one noisy disturbance in another Apt which was quickly dealt with by those in authority to do so. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the beach and the strip of Las Americas. We also enjoyed the local La Gomera Restaurant which served lovely canarian food at very competitive prices.

Being charged €15.00pw for the use of the room safe which is really a basic requirement for all holiday makers and should be included in the price and not charged as an unexpected extra. This non refundable charge would be seen by most holidaymakers including ourselves as an unnecessary levy.

We loved everything about apartments,staff were brilliant and was very clean throughout.

Beds and seating area could more comfortable,and was a bit far away from the areas we usually frequent

Basic apartments,but had everything we needed.Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed our week here.Would return again.

We were on second floor ajacent to a busy road,noise of traffic was bit much at times. Would ask to stay further away from road if we return again.

We saw about 10/15 cockroaches running around the kitchen.

Helpfull staff (not all) good clean facility

No policy for antisocial behaviour would be good valve if you were allowed to sleep. Our complaints were not dealt with seriously. Slow check in procedure cockroaches in rooms lack of power points

Receptionists were friendly and very informative when asked questions about the various places of interest.

Noisy guests, especially late at night and very early in the morning.
