There apartments are situated in the centre of Playa de las Américas, with all restaurants and entertainment only a few metres from the complex.

The one bedroom apartments are very well equipped and all have a balcony from which you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and sea. They hold up to 3 adults and in winter are very suitable for booking a relaxing family stay.

The area is well-known for its entertainment atmosphere. What's more, only a few kilometres away you can discover “Hell’s ravine”, Gomera Island and the pretty hinterland towns, all well worth the visit.

Food & beverage

The snack bar is near to the swimming pool and offers breakfasts and lunches throughout the day. In the outskirts there is a large number of bars and restaurants to choose from, the majority open until 23:00.

Room information

The apartments are functional, but tastefully decorated in a colonial style, with an area of 45 m². They consist of one room with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room for a third person, fully-equipped American kitchen and bathroom.

All apartments have a furnished balcony facing out to the Atlantic Ocean and from which you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast with views of the swimming pool and the gardens of the complex.

Sheets and towels are changed twice weekly.

The apartment is cleaned every 5 days.

Area information

We are at the city center, it´s quite easy to go all around, shops, bars, nite clubs, beach.
The biggest Aqua Park in the hotel world, The Siam Par is 500 meters from the hotel.

clean, big space in room, clean pool

1. tv usage wasnt included in proce, and werent mentioned on the site 2. kitchen equipment was really poor, even minimal cooking was difficult 3. my notebook charger dint fit the cunductor hole on the wall, however both of them were european style
