El apartamento estaba sucio. No había ninguna persona responsable a la que poder acudir o llamar en caso de necesidad, si la persona encargada no se encontraba en recepción. El trato del personal, y en especial, del recepcionista, ha sido denigrante. Hemos estado pensando incluso en denunciarle. Grita, insulta, da ordenes y en general, falta el respeto a los clientes. Desde el primer día utiliza la amenaza y presiona para que le avisen de antemano del día y hora exacta de salida. No permite que salgas antes de lo previsto, ante lo cual amenaza con quedarse la fianza. No aporta la posibilidad, de que, si tienes que irte antes, puedas dejar la llave en algún lugar alternativo.

Mucho ruido

La limpieza y buen estado de las instalaciones, además de la amabilidad del personal. Personalmente ha sido una buena experiencia.

No tengo experiencias negativas que comentar.

Great location close to the beach and nightlife. Lovely, clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Security gate. Safe and Wi-fi available (at extra cost.)

There was no 24-hour reception and once we'd located the staff, check-in was frustrating, due to the language barrier, although the male receptionist was friendly. There is no hand rail on the first flight of stairs up to reception and the edges of the stairs are difficult to see, especially when descending. I found the beds uncomfortable so I slept on the sofa, however my sister was happy with the beds. The balcony (which was the main reason we chose Carlos V,) didn't get much sun. The floor outside one of the rooms had been mopped, but there was no warning of this and I slipped and banged my head. The location is very noisy almost all the time - even at 6am.

Loved the actual apartment. Clean, spacious, and wonderful views.

A little bit noisy at night as it was so central. But didnt spoil it for us.

As a annual re-union party and stayed at this accomodation for a period of approx 7 years it has all the the attributes we require

Just a reminder perhaps behind each door that it does not close and lock itself and to lock on exit, also to warn residents that there are pickpockets and thieves about

when we got there the maid wouldnt let us in as she said we hadnt paid when we got it sorted it cost more than was actually stated when we booked, we are a cpl in our 70s and have stayed here before but booked with another company and had a much better room than this 1

it was very well located, right beside the beach and the entertainment. there was plenty of room and it also had heaters.

could be noisey as its on the main strip, but hey have a couple of beers and its lights out!

The Location was perfect, could not ask for better location if you are leaving for a vacation where the party factor is high. Nice rooms with great view over the city as well as the beach. Friendly staff and we got our room as soon as we arrived although we came 6 hours before check in. A bit noisy at night, but that was expected when knowing the location of the hotel as it is right opposite of two bars.

Only thing I missed was change of towels during the week, as you only get fresh towels when you arrive and will have to pay for clean ones.

we have stayed here for a few years as it isn good value accomodation.also in the centre of nightlife, good for shopping and eating. close to beach and buses. bit noisy after midnight but no-one goes to bed early in Benidorm.Bedrooms are spacious clean and comfy. Cheap n cheerfull.

Furniture in lounge is not very comfortable and quite dated now, could do with english channels on TV.could do with better toasters and microwave in kitchens.

Cheap and cheerful. Location excellent. Close to beach and nightlife.

they were very close to the bars restaurants and nightlife.very clean.the staff were friendly,but i only spoke a little spanish,but we were understood.i would recommend the apartments to other people.

The location of the apartments was the best thing.

There was no air conditioning in the apartments which is needed for a July stay. The apartments were noisy which should to a certain extent be expected given the location

Our stay at the apartments was fun, right in the middle of everything, 5 minutes from the beach which was brill, couldn't have booked a better location, there was 5 girls it suited us to the ground, the staff was very pleasant and friendly, we had no problem getting our 150 euro deposit returned, little noise at night, but then again that didn't bother us , as we wasn't in until the early hours that's what benidorm's about, we would definitely stay there again

The only down fall was, not being able to get in the apartment until 5, but we was lucky enough to be let in early this time, but apart from that every thing was fine thank you

Good location to night life and sea front

Why ask what I didn't like, then on the next line say no complaints ???? I did not complain about it to any staff as it wasn't there fault due to other apartment users coming in at all hours from 12am to 8am in the morning shouting and slamming doors ect Was a bit disappointed that they would not look after are cases on check out at 10am and we didn't fly till 8.30pm so we had to seek a room else where which cost an extra 40euros to are trip plus the hassle
