The location in Puerto de La Cruz is good and easy to reach. Prices are very reasonable Nice pool Onsite parking is cheap Internet is free in the lobby Internet is cheap in the apartment

Early morning coffee and breakfast was special with the view of Teide on one side and the sea on the other. Sunsets were spectacular too! Don't miss the Sitro Litre orchid garden just a few meters away - beautiful!

No air conditioning

The best accommodation in Puerto de la Cruz I've ever tried (I was at 6 locations there in last 7 years). - Two-Bedroom Apartment is nice and big. - Everyday clean up - just 10 min walk to centre of Puerto - just 5 min walk to shopping centre - garage (fee required but not expensive. About 4€/day) - playground - heated outside pool (most of other pools in Puerto has cold ocean water)

- poor quality of food in bar (subjective opinion) - hard walk to hotel from centre. It is a high hill for baby carriage. But it's a Tenerife:)

Good location, clean, good facilities.

Some of the furniture is in need of maintenance. Windows are not double glazed so if the OAPs decide to have a late evening bash in the bar you will have to try to sleep to the sounds of tango and oldies (closing the windows will not help).

There was not anything we could say we did not like. If anything our only negative comment would be the food in the bar could be improved although for the current reasonable cost it wasn't that bad value!! Don't let this put you off visiting because it's great!

The overall complex has everything for a relaxing comfortable holiday. Very comfortable beds. Equipped apartment and central for puerto.

Very clean, well equipped apartments with lots of on site facilities. Comfortable rather than luxurious but very good and would defiinitely go again. Excellent value for money.

Very well-run complex. Our fourth visit - doubt that we would consider staying anywhere else in Puerto De La Cruz.

Safe car parking, well established and effective systems, reception staff, spacious and well equipped rooms. It had all been carefully planned and was very well managed.

Location

Great choice for winter sun. The apartments are in a good location even though they are top of an arduous hill...great way to walk off those lovely meals out..but please note those who find steps or banks hard work, as my mother-in-law did, best grab a taxi costing around 3.35Euros (though double during Bank Holidays etc). The appartments are spotlessly clean, a cleaner attends to the apartment every day but Sunday & Thursdays. Kettle, microwave, toaster, goodsized oven, crokery, pots/pans, utensils, glasses, bowls, all what is needed to cook a full New Years Dinner...even washing up liquid and tea towels are given to you. In the bathroom you are furnished with plenty of towels, which are renewed clean when necessary, theres a hairdryer in there too. Bedlinen clean and plentiful. On arrival please note if you have a car, there will be a weekly cost to pay at 2.50Euors a day, plus 10Euros deposit garage key..we also needed a bit of cash for other deposits...safe and tv remote. The complex has a good sized pool, bowling pitch, restatant/cafe and daily activites and some nightime etertainment too. The staff are very friendly and will assist with any problems. All in all a very good stay As an extra note to people, the North Airport is only 15-20mins drive and its also worth hiring a car, the trip up to the volcano was amazing and there's plenty of ports/beaches scenery etc to visit right around the Island.

The location near to town and easy parking under house. The nice, clean and well equipped room with space enough and nice views. The helpful hotel personal also assisting with problems concerning not arrived flight goods.

A harder bed mattress would have been better for my back. The breakfast service started only 8.30 and we would have preffered at least 30 minutes earlier.

Staff was excellent. Location is excellent. Room in 9 th block facing the sea was wonderful. All in all I have no complaints. I think it was excellent value for money and the best holiday. The advice the staff gave for sightseeing was priceless. They even arranged a car for us. Thank you for our perfect holiday.

The parking for hotel gusts should be free. The bed was a little hard for me. The didn't have a double bed and had to join two twin beds which was a little strange. But the room and complex made up for everything.

The room was very nice and comfortable with good facilities. It was also quiet because of its location. Near to centre of town and shops for food shopping if you don't mind hills.

Because the room was on the ground floor is seemed very hot and felt unconfotable about leaving windows open.

Has well deserved reputation for value for money. Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We stayed there outside peak holiday season so the small pool was never crowded and the potential for noise (the apartment was overlooking the bar area) didn't arise - but could be an issue at other times. Personally I wouldn't want to be there when it's busy. Location (on a steep hill) could be an issue but it is within walking distance of the town centre and for the return up-hill journey journey taxis are cheap.

Some confusion at Reception about extra payments for garage, hire of TV remote, towels and safe deposit - was almost charged twice (credit card and cash) but when checking out stood my ground and got a refund in the end. Food was uninspiring and ordinary.

Spacious and well equipped studios. Very clean. Quite close to the city center of Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel restaurant has very affordable prices.

Second visit in one year. Relaxing, friendly staff. Very comfortable.
