I loved the housekeepers. Very friendly and lovely. The distance between the hotel and beach is amazing. All restaurants n shops are like within 5min reach. Loved it. The only thing I didnt like was the wifi not being available in the room. Have to go down to the lobby to use internet but it was ok.

Good security, maid very pleasent & after 5 stays we managed to break the ice with Mr Grump on reception!! Very little English spoken, I'm sure it would help the reception process if they did.

Apartments were well serviced and the bed comfortable. Not bad value for a backpacking couple, but no breakfast. More of a hostel/dorm feel than a hotel. There is probably better value in the area, as I don't think it was partciularly cheap. Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Asking to stay an extra 2 nights (due to unforseen travel changes) seemed too much trouble and then charged more than when booking online (they were by noi means full). Although WiFi is available (in reception only) I had to forcibly extract a password from the guy who also refused to print out a Ryanair boarding pass in plain view of a printer. I hate hotels that make you feel like your stay is an inconvenience!

Receptionist was unfriendly! Photo of apartment showed a double & single bed but there was only 2 single & a sofa bed therefore misleading!! Sparce crockery & no kettle or toaster :-(

Nice place. Very easy to find and very handy for the beach (about 100 metres). Room was very spacious and clean. Wi-fi is only available in reception areas, staff didn't speak english. Only a sheet and blanket on the bed, so was a little cold at night (stayed in January).

closeness to the beach The hotel smelt of blocked drains, very noisy hotel, overlooked a main street which was noisy with traffic and people 24 hours a day, not a hotel I would recommend to anyone except my worse enemies.

We had a balcony, was small but still a balcony. Also 3 rooftops where you could sit in the sunchairs. We had cockroachers in our room, not nice. Also the beds and pillows were very uncomfotable.

The proximity with the beach, the services and the grand line buses stops. Really good for our kind of travellers. The evenings could be a little bit noisy for people who want to sleep early. (before 11h) and there is no air conditioning systems so the night can be hot in the summer.

Respa avoinna 24/7. Sijainti erinomainen. Kolme suurta ostoskeskusta kävelymatkan päässä: el Corte Ingles, Las Arenas sekä el Muelle. Samoin keskustan "paremmat kauppakadut" joissa maailmanmerkit edustettuina. Ranta on myös muutaman askeleen päässä. Parvekkeelta näkymä rantaan. Ovelta suora reitti linja-autoasemalle (Santa Catalina), josta pääsee helposti bussilla eri puolelle saarta. Huoneeseen (nro 217) kuului melua sekä kadulta että muista huoneista. Wi-Fi toimi vain aulassa.

Priset var acceptabelt. Mycket enkelt hotell, men rent. Går att bo några nätter men fler, tveksamt Hotellet var acceptabelt men inte mer. Alla dörrslamringar hördes.Hade fönster i sovrummet mot innertrappan och rumsfönstret mot en Innergård utan tak. Som tur var var det tyst på natten

Utmärkt läge, ett stenkast från Playa de Las Canteras och strandpromenaden med alla dess restauranger, caféer och barer. Sköna sängar (om man gillar lite hårdare dito). INGEN i receptionen talade annat än spanska, vilket är under all kritik när nästan alla gäster är icke spanjorer. Vi hade bokat och betalat för en lägenhet med balkong - nästan 3 månader i förväg. När vi checkade in fanns inga lägenheter med balkong! I stället hade vi fönster mot en korridor och ett schakt - det gick inte ens att vädra. Efter tre nätter och mkt tjat fick vi byta - till en lägenhet med balkong som var ca 60 cm djup. Absolut minimal och udda köksutrustning, udda, slitna och trasiga möbler. Kändes 60-tal.
