Apartamentos Complejo Vacanza

The pool area was nice but no beds only a concrete floor, and a small bit of grass. The parking was great.

There's no gym. It's dirty and unused and locked by key only available from the gardener after 6pm and only if you are a resident and owner. Same goes for the tennis. The gardener is overworked and very grumpy. The lift was broken for 3 hours and we had the 18th floor. There is a steep climb. Nobody informed me where to pick up the keys, so we had to be detectives to find out. No batteries in the remote controls so until you buy them, no air condition, no tv. Bring a lighter for the gas.

As a group of 6 women it was helpful that there where 2 bathrooms in the apartment although this was not stated when booking. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of towels and bed linen although the beds are very uncomfortable and 2 of us slept on thin mattresses on the floor in the living room. If the pool was open & the women in the office changed her attitude then we would possibly consider staying again.

Where shall we start - this apartment is in a residential block & there was no other tourists or holiday makers!!! ****PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN FOR USE & IT CANNOT BE USED AT ANY TIME - IT CAN ONLY BE USED AT CERTAIN TIMES - THIS WAS NOT ADVISED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!!!***** As we collected the keys late in the night on a weekend the office to where you pay was closed till the monday. The lady on the desk who is british is horrible & very arrogant & is extremely NOT helpful in anyway - if you have any problems or concerns it was like talking to a brick wall!!! For 3 days we had no gas in the apartment so we couldn't cook & worst of all we had NO HOT WATER so all showers were freezing. After several complaints at the office we finally got the gas fixed by a maintanence man but only after the woman in the office realised we weren't lying. As for the pool it was totally closed & it could not be used which was annoying as we only booked the apartment for the stunning looking pool. However we were allowed to use another pool in another hotel further down the road which was so-so but it was no where near to the standards of the pool as shown for this apartment. As it is a residential block the pool can only be used at certain times throughout the year so we would advise you check before you consider booking. The apartment is up a killer hill too so anyone who has walking difficulties this place would not be recommended! We were placed on the 23rd floor & the lift is soul destroying & takes forever.

Todo, nos cambiaron de hotel nada mas llegar, estaba todo sucio para cocinar, pero todo horno y todo. No habia ni recepcion ni nada,parecia abandonado, y ni gym ni nada.Vamos podian mejorar.Gracias

El apartamento no estaba limpio. También bastante deteriorado. Con lo que se paga por el, ya podrían adecentarlo un poco. Nos cambiaron de apartamento nada más llegar, porque decían que en el que habíamos alquilado, había fuga de gas, casualidad... Y nos metieron en uno, que mejor no comentar. Patético, no volvemos más allí.

El apartamento muy mal estado. Sucio, com muebles muy antiguos, la planta era un 18 , los ascensores no funciomNsnban correctamente
