Location was great, central but quite street. Good for walking to major sites and also metro. Bathroom and kitchen resonably clean.

Noisy building work in next door apartment 2 days out of 3. Furnishings not of the standard expected from photos. Shabby furniture. Curtain rail hanging off. Light bulbs missing. No kettle. No extra pillows.

It was very close to everything to see in Madrid. It was in the most expensive part of the city yet was incredibly priced. Very good deal. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location, the character of the building and the neighborhood, room facilities, very friendly and helpful staff.

My only relatively minor complain would be the lack of AC in the bedroom (it worked great in the living room). With temperatures around 40 C it was rather hot in the room. A free standing fan would be helpful to circulate the air better.

Loved the location. Quiet and safe. I felt comfortable having our teenage kids out in the neighborhood without adult supervision. The apartment was nice. We enjoyed having the kitchen and used the washing machine at the end of the week before heading off on the second part of our trip. Air conditioning worked well and was greatly appreciated after spending days in the hot July Madrid weather. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.

    Beds were not very comfortable.

The neighborhood is much nicer and more calm then the rest of madrid. You probably wont get robbed or harassed by police in this area...probably.

The couch is very uncomfortable. There are very limited dishes and very strick cleaning requirements upon check out. The area of the apt is very nice but there are no places to eat or drink or grocery stores nearby. The shower sprays all over the floor. These apts are pretty expensive for the size and empty location.
