Wifi and location close to center. Air conditionning. Rather cheap.

2 small beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Noise from upper flat in morning. Cracks and moisture on flat roof. No real welcome fron staff as opposed to other flats we used to rent in Spain. Minimal cooking instruments. Very basic ikea furniture.

There were bed bugs, the entrance to the apartment smelled of garbage. Parking was very constricted and it was difficult to maneuver the car out of the garage

We just got back from a 4 days trip and stayed in this apartment. Location is handy 5-10 mins away from San bernando metro. Walking from metro to the apartment was a put off though. It was narrow and dirty area. When we arrived in the apartment we didn't like the smell, it was so bad thats why we have to open all the windows and door. We were barely in the apartment to be honest. Other than that the apartment is huge and firendly for families. Would we come back? It's fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, free wi-fi is the best.

The location of the apartment was good, only 30 mins walk to Puerta del Sol, which was important to us as we were there for NYE celebrations.

The most annoying thing was that we had to wait about 1 hour outside the apartment to check in. We advised about our arrival time, but there was no one to meet us. We tried 3 different number, and there was no response. After calling, they said that someone will meet us in 30 mins. Later we found out that the lady responsible for check-in was upstairs cleaning the apartment. This waiting was an unpleasant experience and waisted our precious holiday time.

We have liked everything. Apartments are spacious, clean and completely equipped. Very cozy room. Pleasant young Glori helped us with parking and information. Apartments located close to city center, in walk distance. Underground parking better suits for small cars, but it costs 10 € only. It is very cheap for the center.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. It is less than five minutes walk from San Bernardo metro station, and walking distance from Malasana, Moncloa and the centre of town. Local shops and a good kitchen mean that cooking in is definitely an option here. The side street it is located on initially seems unremarkable but look around and there are some quirky little bars with good value tapas and cocktails - I recommend Maria Bonita.

Be aware that if you arrive on a Sunday after 2:30 the local shops are pretty much all closed, so cooking in is not really an option. Despite giving an estimated time of arrival at the time of booking, I was asked to call staff at the apartments to let them know I was on my way to the apartments - they were friendly on the phone, and when I arrived, but it did mean I had to pay for an international phone call. It would be better if a time of arrival could be arranged in advance.
