No proper directions, no signage so impossible to find. Had to ring for directions and wait for an escort. No reception area.Sea view was a glimpse through trees. Beach path overgrown and thick mud. Pool absolutely digusting and unfit for use. No hairdrier or toiletries however after another phone call these were provided but obviously from someones bathroom as they were large, partially used shower gel and shampoo. No central heating offered just an extra blanket. No extracter in bathroom so all the large windows run with condensation after taking a shower. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Good hob but no oven in kitchen.There is a small microwave but only metal bowls which can't be used in a microwave. 31 TV stations but all Spanish. Not luxury, with misleading description and very overpriced.

Nos ha encantado el sitio, directo a la playa es una autentica pasada! Un apartamento de lujo con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos dias de relax con vistas al mar. Los datos que facilitan para llegar son muy exactos y los contactos muy amables. Lo recomendamos sin pensarlo dos veces. La unica pega que podemos poner es que decian que habria articulos de aseo y secador, y finalmente no los hubo.

Está muy bien. Yo juego al golf en esta época en Montenmedio y por fin he encontrado el alojamiento perfecto. Muy acogedor y con mucho gusto.

L'appartement (situé au 1er étage ) bénéficie d'une vue mer extraordinaire . Nous y sommes allés fin décembre et nous étions seuls , ce qui était top. Un Climat exceptionnel , une superbe vue mer et un appartement confortable . Superbe endroit Il y a un Parking au sous sol pour garer les voitures ainsi qu'un lave linge et sèche linge. Très pratique Le lotissement est très haut de gamme avec de superbes maisons d'architecte, pas de surpeuplement , c'est un endroit encore sauvage. À notre arrivée , nous avons constaté que les fenêtres des chambres ne fermaient pas à clefs . Pour quelles raisons ? Nous avons du les bloquer nous mêmes ...

Spacious apartment. Large terrace with dining table and seating. Clean. It seems to me, that there is a difference between the apartments. Ours was furnished all white in design style (glass, metal). Good view at the sea. No wifi connection (staff said is was a problem for the whole area (?)). Staff hardly speaks English. Path to the sea was overgrown with plants with prickles. We took a path further down the road.

La ubicación No vinieron a limpiar el apartamento en 4 días, las sábanas de que llegamos estaban sucias y las camas no tenían ni sábanas, había goteras por todos lados y las paredes estaban sucias. El entorno estaba dejado por completo, en comparación con otros chalet , el acceso directo a la playa no estaba ni preparado era como un camino tumultuoso al cual no se podía acceder, allí no había ni secador ni el 60% de las cosas que te indican que te encuentras en el apartamento... El precio que piden para el servicio que dan es descompensado....

Exclusivamente la situacionen urbanizacion Si bien se anuncia como apartamento de lujo, este brilla por ausencia al no ser sino deprimente. Suciedad, mobiliario escaso y de baja gama de Ikea con tapicerias manchadas y toallas peladas. Reservamos apartamento para 5. con la sorpresa de ver que solo existe un cuarto con cama de matrimonio (sin lujo), un sucio sofa para 1 persona en el pequeño salon principal y un cuarto pequeñisimo de 8m2 en el que estan contra la pared dos camas individuales que ocupan la casi totalidad del cuarto y no permiten movimientos de salida. El pequeño tanque de agua caliente da apenas para 2 duchas calientes. Experiencia a evitar, realmente engañoso y.. caro
