Apartamentos Diamond    

Il soggiorno e stato buono con una struttura dove si vede che tutto e di nuova costruzione. Solo un paio di piccoli contrattempi che comunque hanno trovato disponibilità da parte dello staff. Il panorama dagli appartamenti e veramente bello e la spiaggi alla base della scogliera incantevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We booked an apartment for max. 3 persons. Unfortunately our flight to Tenerife was 9 hours behind schedule, so we did not manage to arrive during the opening hours of the reception. However, Julián José found a solution for us to get our apartment at 2.30 in the night. Thank you very much, my friend Julián José! - The apartments are well equiped and from the living room and the balkony you have a magnificent view towards La Gomera. The pool area is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We only spent two nights at Apartamentos Diamond - It definitely would be worth to stay longer...

I loved everything. Room was bright with great view to the ocean. Loved the poolside and great owners.

Considering that my stay was only 5 days, i would prefere a small gift basket like a bit of sugar, salt and tea.

We have particularly liked that the hotel was clean and was modernly furnished. A very big plus was also the easily accessible free parking as we had a rental car on which we had visited the island. As the hotel is in a quiet residential area, we had found the it very welcoming after a busy day on the island. The small black sand beach down in Puerto de Santiago was 10min walk and was never crowded. There is always the pool option at the hotel is the beach is not for you.

There is limited meal options for the evening, but you can always go to the restaurants in Puerto de Santiago.

The first thing is definitely manager Julian. He is so kind and positive person, that you can get very worm felling like being at home. Apartments are almost new and includes practically all the things you need. The beautiful view to Log gigantes is priceless and really worth staying in this apartments.

The staff is great, the rooms are nice and clean, good value for the services offered which most do not exist elsewhere, the owner is very friendly and very helpful.The apartment is located in quiet area and has a very nice view of the sea and cliff. Reccomended.....

Modern and very new apartments with fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen stuff). Big rooms, well furnitured with a flatscreen tv and an air- conditioner in each room. Every appartment has huge terrace with fantastic ocean view. Free Wi-Fi is a big plus as the Internet is expensive on the island. The hotel has 2 pools (one is for small children), bar near them, billiards, table tennis. There is washing machines as well. Cleaning service works properly and cleans the appartment every 2nd day. Walk to the nearest beach takes 7-10 mins, but it is nice and pleasant walk. All personnel are very nice. The owner, Mr. Julián, is very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to have a deal with him. We would definitely stay at the Diamond hotel again.

Apart from we were asked to move to another hotel for a night when we arrived the first day. The apartment is spacious and clean, and also has a very nice view of the sea and cliff. Overall it was a nice stay.

Have to walk up the hill. But if you have a car that won't be any problem.

Very new and modern. Very good apartment with plenty of room inside and large balcony with fantastic seaview. I prefered it because of free parking and free wifi in room (that is what you dont get in most hotels), but it was all good. Dishes, wine opener, flatscreen TV. Airconditioning in all rooms! Quiet neighbourhood. There were a pool and bar. And there were more facilities and services I didnt use. It was better than you usually get from 3*. Supermarket was 5 min walk away, beach and shopping centre of Puerto Santiago 15 min ( I used car insteaf).

My husband and I stayed at Apartamentos Diamond during our honeymoon trip to Tenerife. Since we had decided to travel around the entire island, we booked and stayed in 3 different hotels, however Apartamentos Diamond excelled among all of them. The apartments are brand new, fabulously furnished in a clear cut modern stile and have all the kitchen appliances you may need. The bathroom was very clean and had the best shower ever. What I personally loved about the apartment was the amazing view from the terrace, which was the perfect spot to admire the sun setting in the ocean and the massive los Gigantes. The owner, Mr. Julián is just the sweetest and loveliest person we met in Tenerife. He was very helpful when we tried to organize a tracking tour to Masca and also very patient in answering the numerous questions my inquisitive husband had to ask. If we ever go back to Tenerife we’ll definitely stay at A. Diamond again.

Stunning views from all apartments. Well serviced rooms and working ac a must for such a warm climate. Add the benefit of free working wifi and you are never far from home. Pool benefits from being cleaned daily early in the morning and there is a breakfast available if required. Over all the atmosphere is family friendly and genuinely quiet in the evenings. As a solo traveler it was quite a find but for a family an excellent choice.

The only down side is the location...expect to walk downhill or uphill to reach the main resort with the usual shops, bars and eats houses which should take a comfortable 10 minutes. Hire a car or rely on taxis to get about...there is always the bus service which is regular.

Super! Super!

Great new apartments in the heart of Los Gigantes. We had an amazing ocean (all the apartments have ocean view) & swimming pool view. Free WiFi (what is actually a problem in most of other hotels), comfortable double bed, tv (but we never used it :), the kitchen is fully equipped. The owner and personnel are very nice and ready to help. It takes up to 10 minutes of walking to get to the beach. Los Gigantes is a small town at the foot of a mountain, so be ready to up-and-down walkings. We rented a car during our stay so we never had a problem of getting anywhere we wanted.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es in unserem Appartment ein Wasserschaden habe und wir erst am nächsten Taga einziehen könnten. Er habe jedoch ein anderes App. am selben Ort gebucht. Dieses war schmutzig und stinkte, keine Meersicht. Uns wurde gesagt wir seien für die ganze Woche hier. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zu App. Diamond, uns wurde gesagt sie seien überbucht und wir müssten uns selbst um eine andere Unterkunft kümmern, alles war sehr ärgerlich. Wir telephonierten mit Booking-Com., diese nahm Kontakt mit App. Diamond auf und dann nach 1 Stunde wurde uns sehr schönes App. am selben Ort und direkt am Meer zur Verfügung gestellt

Mycket hög standard. Lugnt. Hoppas att fler upptäcker detta trevliga hotell. Det är ett hotell man gärna återvänder till.

No sabría por dónde empezar,pero con lo que voy a comentar voy a intentar no dejarme nada en el tintero. Es un excelente complejo de apartamentos,altamente equipados,con unas excelentes vistas al océano,La Gomera y los gigantes. Dispone de una piscina exterior y una piscina pequeña,para niños. En tanto al personal,en general muy amable y servicial.Cabe destacar con una mención especial,al dueño de los apartamentos,Don Julián Báez,que és tan buena persona cómo profesional.Nos trato cómo si fuéramos de su família,aconsejándonos sobre la isla y teniendo detalles de gran porte.Desde aquí quiero agradecerle el más que excelente trato que nos dió. Recomiendo sin dudarlo,éste complejo a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de Tenerife,en un enclave fantástico,con personal amable y todas las comodidades que uno quisiéra tener en su estáncia.Vamos para mí un 10 sobre 10

Огромный номер за разумную цену, хорошее оснащение, у всех номеров вид на море, мебель и оборудование пока что новые. Приветливый, дружелюбный персонал.

Кровати просто ужасные - вдвоем спать невозможно - разъезжаются. В спальне окно на паркинг, то есть открыть шторы невозможно, т.к. окна низкие и другие постояльцы будут ходить мимо, а без этого получается слишком темно. Довольно далеко от аэропорта и фактический адрес не соответствует указанному в брони - лучше смотреть google maps. После захода солнца делать нечего, в окрестностях лишь несколько баров с наполнением из европейских пенсионеров.

тишина, месторасположение, удобный и большой номер. Морские прогулки, большой супермаркет, пляж и все аттракции в пределах досягаемости при наличии машины.

Het was er rustig, de appartementen zijn ruim, het uitzicht is prachtig, de kamers werden om de dag schoongemaakt, en 1x in de week een grote schoonmaak. Niet veel personeel, maar allemaal vriendelijk. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien: broodrooster, koelkast, vriezer.

Eigenlijk viel niks tegen. Dames houd er rekening mee dat er geen fohn aanwezig is! En in ons appartement lagen wat tegels op het balkon los.
