cleanliness of accommodation - quiet location close to beach, yet also close proximity to shopping centres and night life if wanted

food package with half board left a lot to be desired - only had few evening meals there, as was convenient, but far from good quality - fortunately, couldn't go far wrong with breakfast if stuck to the cold food

Everything was very good. The hotel is not far from the beach, 10-15 min. On foot down the stairs to the Dunes. 3-5 min. From the supermarket Super Dino.There you can find a bus stop too, to go to the airport or other towns.There are many restaurants. As I was an individual traveler, I was glad that in the hotel were many young people, friends, companies, no children!

In the kitchen there wasn't a kitchen board and the knifes are not sharp, but it's not a problem - you can cut on the plate and take a knife with you!

Good basic apartment facing nice swimming pool - excellent for one or two but might be a bit small for three. Very handy location between beach an Centre of Playa.

Kettle would have been useful!!

Beds not very comfy, no free Wifi but there is Hotspot covering all Island so once you pay you can use it everywhere, price reasonable 20eur per week.

we have stayed here 3 times now.central 2 all your needs without the hills.always seems quiet day or night.3 pools that are never busy.for a 2 star hotel this is the best i've been in.thats why we go back year on year and will be there next year 2.

if you stay in back block they are older type.beds a bit lumpy.dust cart at 6.30.

Cleanliness of the bedding, but upon complaint it was replaced plastic sheeting on the beds - was very uncomfortable water took +30 min to heat up for showering and then still was not really hot no kettle to boil hot water if you wanted tea (only had a filter coffee machine) had to pay extra for everything! (Internet for each device, safe, tv)

no sound-proofing, you can even hear your neighbour snoring. towels changed only once and sheet zero times during my 9-day stay.

Very friendly helpfull staff, nearby beach and yumbo, gay friendly, light appartments, good beds, clean rooms, good shower ! . Cleaning 3x a week is okay. Nice view, good value for money.

Sheets twice a week would be better deal, aloa vera and after sun sticks to the sheets. Also little ants problem in the room, also walking all over my bed. After cleaning they stay away for a few hours but they'll come back, even if the room hasn't got food. Small old fashioned coin-pay- tv in the room. No free wifi (which nowadays should be a standard for hotels/appartments)

Good location in Playa del Ingles. Nice flat. good view. Nice terrace on the top of every building, with sunbeds, shower.

A few minutes walk to Yumbo and Cita centres and a short walk to beach. Bathroom functional and clean, kitchen comes with microwave and stove and fridge. Room is pretty open plan, compact but perfect (for single traveller). Staff are friendly, helpful and maid calls quite often to change towels and bedding. Free air conditioning unit in room, although not fantastic, but keeps room cooler during warm months.

The breakfast

The appartmentcomplex Dolores is next to the beach, with is superb. There are three buildings differently situated (check on maps). I was in a block facing the sea. My apartment on the second floor had a fantastic view on the dunes of Masapalomas and the sea, sounds of the waves. The bathroom is modern looking and clean. the room is very bright and modern, furniture in the apartment is ok, plain and light colored woods. Kitchenette is good for cooking daily. The beds are two single beds, the mattresses where very good to my taste, (hard and springs/airy) i slept very well !! Even in the hottest of the day 40 degrees you won't need a airco (wich is there in the room) appartment well build and goodventilated. Reception very kind and open most times. good service. very close to Yumbo (approx. 8 min. walk) for day/night adventures and a good Hyperdino supermarket only few minutes. swimming pools (3) nice and clean :-). The breakfast was included in price and it had good choice of buffet with a view on the sea (8;00-10:30). The cleaning ladies where very nice , good atmosphere, perfect stay. Sleeping is very silent. Dolores is Gayfriendly and single friendly, Superb ! good value for money

the lighting is very bright, too bright too my taste, even the bed lights, i suggest to get some baking paper and wrap these around the lights too give the room a better atmosphere, and buy candles! be very careful with food, after eating or cooking , clean ! i had some ants in my room, not very annoying, just clean after dinner. and they disappear a bit. The television is a stone age small tube one with a money machine, better just put a flatscreen there and charge noting for sat tv. I don't really care i don't watch tv, but others might. But the rent bigger flatscreens optional at the reception! The lock safe you have to pay cash 14 euro a week plus 5 euro deposit. with i thought was a bit overpriced for that service. If the mattrasses are too hard than take a extra blanket and use this to soften the matras. Cleaning of the room is 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Would be more service if the clean the sheets 3 time's a week too, with i think they should do, if you having sex now and than and sweat after a day sun and after sun lotion/aloa vera gets in. Next door neighbour sounds on the balcony's can be very loud, due to the construction of the balcony's. So take care of your conversations outside, and don't play music on the balcony's ;-) Also the entree doors of the appartments you can hear well. But not annoying to me. Its all worth it ! This is an ideal place for easy goin people who want to come and go as they please without having to worry about fixed meal times. It's also near the Yumbo shopping complex especially if uyou want to party/disco etc, not mention that the beach is within walking distance. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Staff is great.

Great location clean pools and apartments

Very good lacation. 2 min to the beach,5 min to yumbo centre and cita.Sea view.

There is no double bed. You have to pay for tv. 1 euro 1h. No wifi free zone.There is no lift. No kettle in the room. No storage room,you have to keep your luggage at the reception.

Apartments are well situated, with sea view and very close to the center. Excellent price with breakfast included. Quite basic apartments, but each block has its own pool and solarium. Employees are helpful and welcoming. Do not expect a luxurious apartment, but regarding the price, I was very well surprised.

One negative point: impossible to inform the cleaning staff you are sleeping (no card at the door), or impossible to block your door => you 'll be waked up by the cleaning staff each morning... If you go to parties and come late, could be a weakness.

J' apprécie l' endroit car il est bien situé. L' hôtel est joli sur le building 1 et 2.

Le building 3 est vraiment sale, est vraiment inconfortable. J' ai réservé l'hôtel 9 mois à l' avance en demandant d' être installé dans le building 1. Le building 1 avait un problème d' électricité donc on nous a mis dans le building 3, le plus sale et inconfortable. On aurait pu nous mettre dans le building 2 au moins. L' établissement ne parle absolument pas le Francais, dommage pour la communication. On a été vraiment mal reçu, on était un groupe où on a réservé au moins 10 chambres, il aurait pu faire un effort pour bien nous loger. Heureusement qu'ils nous ont placé l'un à côté de l'autre.

Qualité de la literie déplorable. Passage du ménage très aléatoire. Chambre vieillotte, aurait besoin d un grand coup de peinture
