Apartamentos El Puerto  

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a family room and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety.

The pool was closed for the last day during the morning and the staff simply said tuff luck! and didnt give us an opening time!

Quite roomy and very clean appartment. Excellent wifi. Nice cafe and convenient bar. Very central for the town

Great location, nice hotel - should be more than a 2 star.

Would be nice if free Wifi was available in the rooms and not just the Wifi area in reception.

I have stayed here before and will do again. The location is amazing and the apartment is a good size with a kitchen.

The staff are rude and cannot be bothered. Oh, and they don't have an iron or an ironing board in sight. Not good

I called before hand & Spoke to Gwen asking for a quiet apartment high up in the building if possible & we got exactly that, the room was much better than last year & clearly they have been doing up the place bit by bit. No complaints at all (only that we had to come home).

Good central location, with access to a pool.

Almost no sound proofing, making every sound from neighbors and upstairs a pain. There seemed to be no effort made to create a silent night from the staff. The gym was a disappontment, as there was not even a treadmill. Finally, to even get a 2 star rating, an apartment hotel should have an iron, at least for loan.

We had no problems with the staff in there everybody it was kindly and nice with us... Good service good location we had a great time thanks apartamentos el puerto..:))

Location was excellent without the noise of a busy city centre and no sign of crazy hooligans. The port with all its restaurants and shops is right there and it offers the culturally-minded-by-day yet party-minded-by-night everyting a great spot can offer. Hotel has a very nice pool but the beach is not far with the bus or taxi. Staff generally quite friendly and helpful, specialy one lady. Men were not so friendly or willing to assist but nothing I'd write a special complaint about. Upon check-out the hotel allowed us to keep our bags in a storage room until it was time to leave for the airport. I tend to appreciate such little things from hotels.

Bar closes a bit early for those who would like a drink in their room before going out. The staff was also quite hostile when we were checking out and the cleaner kept knocking at our door again and again as we checked out at 13:00 instead of 12:00. But we had already spoken to the front-desk staff the night before and gotten special permission, which we politely explained to the dissaproving man at the front desk.

It is located in the center of Ibiza and it is really near to the port to Formentera, allowing people to walk with baggage. The apartment was clean and "fresh" towels and bed cloths. It has plenty of natural light and a big terrace/balcony. The staff was very nice and attentious all the time. Next time in Ibiza, sure will be in Apartamentos El Puerto.

Posizione ottima, a pochi metri il centro e la fermata autobus

Ottima posizione se si vuole soggiornare al porto, appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Vicinissimo al centro di Ibiza e colazione fornita

Camere piccole per 4 persone (due letti normali e un divano letto non molto comodo). Se si va in agosto non credo ci sia parcheggio (tutti a pagamento)

Oramai sono 5 anni di seguito che vado al El Puerto e, nonostante questo, rimango sempre contentissimo del rapporto qualità / prezzo della struttura

O atendimento no segundo dia foi excelente. Liberar para fazermos checkout as 21:00h sem cobrar mais uma diária.

O primeiro atendimento nao foi bom. Wifi grátis somente no saguao, nos quarto shá uma taxa de 10 Euros.

su situacion centrica

Je suis cliente dans cet hôtel depuis 10 ans et je viens pour le prix et la situation géographique

Propreté: le ménage était pas toujours très bien fait, la terrasse n'a pas été balayée une seule fois en 10 jours!!!! Les femmes de chambres font beaucoup de bruit le matin. Réception: à part les deux dames, le reste du personnel n'était pas aimable, pas bonjour, pas de sourire Services: le wifi payant, cela n'existe plus!!! de plus il marche très mal. Dans l'appartement pas de micro ondes, pas de tir bouchon, très peu de vaisselle, pas de kit de bienvenue avec une éponge, un torchon. On nous donne le stricte minimum. Cela fait 10 ans que j'y vais et je pense chercher un autre établissement. Je suis consultante en hôtellerie donc j'observe tout et je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est mauvais.

De lokatie.

De kamer en badkamer lagen vol met lange zwarte haren. Het geheel kan een renovatie gebruiken. Daarnaast was het appartement voor datgene wat je krijgt enorm duur (zoals heel Ibiza)
