Apartamentos El Sombrero    

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well as speaking very good English. The apartments are very conveniently located to all the facilities of Los Gigantes.

Whilst the rooms are clean they are somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment. A good coat of paint and a bit of modernisation would totally transform them.

- Photos at booking.com doesn't nescessarilly correspond with the concrete room. Sea view must be explicitely mentioned in the text. Hotel declines any responsibility for misleading photos claiming that it's a fault of the booking.com. We had to pay extra 50€ for the sea view.

We liked the location of the appartments and the friendly staff, the pool area was nice and peaceful can't wait to go back next year

There wasn't much to dislike really. I suppose the only thing to mention was the old British jokes about the Germans and sunbeds, well at 9.00 am we only had a choice of 2 sunbeds out of 36 the rest had towels the tables have turned :-(( I saw no German guests

The appartments were clean and well maintained. Excellent location with beautiful view of harbour. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

Läget mitt i Los Gigantes. Stor rymlig lägenhet och balkong med havsutsikt och mot klipporna. Köket var bra dvs spis och ugn förutom att viss utrustning saknades, se minus sidan

Er beskrivning stämmer inte till fullo. TV finns inte, kan hyras likaså värdeskåp (dyrt 60 euro för 4 veckor) Relativt dåligt med köksutrustning bl.a en bra kockkniv samt andra dagliga köksredskap. Frukost kan inte köpas i poolbaren. Öppnar först kl 12.00 Solsängarna inte ställbara i ryggen. Endast en halvstor pool samt en mycket liten barnpool. Vi fick själva köpa in en bra kniv samt en ugnsfast form.

The Staff & Management was very friendly and helpful. The Apartment was cleaned a few times a week & the Towels and Bedclothes were changed regulary. I

TheFurniture in the Apartment was not very confortable to relax on. We would have liked a dobble Bed with a single Matress insted of two single Beds. The TV was on a Cabinet Unit in the Dining area, too far away from the sitting Unit in the Living area. the Size & the angle of the TV to the Sites made it very difficult to watch a Program. It was a pitty that we found out only on the last few Days, that we could have bought a "Bono-Card" for the local Busses to make the Travel to different Resorts a lot cheaper.

Great place in town, 2 min walk to town center. Calm and safe.

Close to bus station and in the night time you can hear loud engines of the buses.

A comfortable large apartment with a big balcony with great views over the sea and La Gomera with three palmtrees in the foreground. An electronic hard top cooker with four cooking zones and a big oven. Large bathroom. Friendly manager.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good value for what we wanted, with flexible booking for a short stay.

Settee and beds a bit uncomfortable. A proper double bed in the main bedroom would have been nice.

Having stayed in Los Gigantes on numerous occasions, the location was very important to me. Also, travelling with children, and having to pay to use the other pools in the village, it was great having a pool on our doorstep. The staff were friendly. My parents have an apartment nearby and the management allowed my family to use their facilities whilst we were there. The apartment was a little dated but fairly clean (if you don't check under the beds!!). We had a two bedroom apartment foe 4 adults and 2 children (toddler and baby). The cot was all set up for us on arrival.

Apart from the main entrance there is also a second gate giving access to the apartments. This gate was locked randomly throughout the day. There is a sign telling you when the gates will be locked (1pm - 7am??) but whoever was in charge of (un)locking them didn't stick to the timetable and at times I found myself carrying the pram down the steps and then back up again after discovering I couldn't get out! The key for the gate is given on arrival with your room key but having only key between 4 of us proved to be a bit of a pain. The apartments are certainly not wheelchair or pram friendly. We stayed in a first floor room which meant carrying the pushchair up or down the steps, depending on which gate we used, and then up to our room again.

Het appartementencomplex is goed verzorgd,schoon,ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en heel behulpzaam en attent.zeker een aanrader temeer de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding heel goed is.

Vriendelijk onthaal en bejegening gedurende de week van ons verblijf. (Groep mensen met verst. Beperking)

Voor veel zaken moet je bijbetalen, zoals kluisgebruik, maar ook tv- kabel. Zonder kabel geen tv kijken in het app. Maar liefst Euro 25,-, nog nooit meegemaakt!

Das Appartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war gut und zentral. Häufiger Wechsel von Handtüchern und zweimal Austausch der Bettwäsche.

Die Armaturen im Badezimmer und in der Küche müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und entsprechenden Töpfen und Pfannen ist für Selbstverpfleger etwas dürftig. Für das Frühstück reicht es.

понравилось все! очень внимательный персонал. уборка и чистота и на территории, и в номерах. хорошо оборудованная кухня, количество посуды. месторасположение отличное. все друзьям буду советовать этот отель. и в следующую поездку обязательно остановлюсь именно в этих апартаментах. спасибо за отличное обслуживание и внимание.

Красивое месторасположение,вид из окон,близость всей инфраструктуры и океана.

Входные и межкомнатные двери надо заменить.
