I stayed 4 times its what you see is what you get

Good value for a quick hen party weekend. Basic but good showers and beds. We took a room on the 23rd floor and had a good view of Benidorm. Large balconys. Fridge to keep drinks cold and kettle to make tea. Suzie the hotel receptionist was very welcoming after she got to know you and you spent the time just saying hello.

This is not a luxury holiday location. It was a bit chilly at nights so we had to ask for more blankets. It is at the top of the town so we had a 10/1 minute walk from the beach.

2 room accommodation made it good for more than 2 people. great location, 24 hour reception

24 hour security staffed by friendly multi-lingual staff. A well run and stocked small supermarket just around the corner. Spacious rooms and sunny large balcony. All cooking requiements in good size kitchen. Power shower. Safe avaliabity, Good mix of tourists and local Spaniards who live in the apartments,

Staff Room was dirty,bathroom ceiling black.bath rusty,towel grey and very thin ,bathroom door rotten would not close Patio doors would not lock Fusty smell made your cloths smell

How long is a piece of string.I Will begin with the lifts wihich where fility and had the smell of vomit in it,they were that bad I nearly vomited my self.When we got to our floor the corridor wasnt even washed.The rooms were so run down an smelt of stale drink,smoke and must.The kitchen presses were flithy as well.The bath rooms were gone beond repair I could not even give my son who has special needs a bath.I Am sorry for this review but it was that bad that we did not stay and left that night and drove back to alicante.we only used them to change in as we had a show booked in the benidorm place witch was fantastic well worth a visit.sorry about the apartments.

The friendly staff

I have stayed at Evamar as a group for the past 5 years and must say the aparments have deteriorated badly, no beds at the pool and told they were on order, they told us this last year, there were 28 of us and have discussed that we will definately not stay here again and would now not recommend to friends

It was a bit shabby, but excellent value for money and very close to all amenities. We would definitely stay there again in the future

The location is very good, with a short walk to the beach, bars, shopping and attrations, like benidorem palace, and easy access to the water nad theme park too. The staff were very friendly and helpful

This is no a big complaint, as for the price we paid it was not terrible, but the rooms cold do with some tlc, they where clean but have been well sed and it shows in the condition of the furniture

Que te tiran muy pronto de la habiracion a las 11 menos 5 nos entro la limpiadora.

De receptioniste was erg ongeintereseert en onvriendelijk. Bij aankomst moesten wij 50.- pp. borg betalen, Het hele interieur is nog geen 50,- waard! Dat oude/versleten interieur kun je voor de prijs nog enigzins verklaren, maar het was er ook erg vies. Gelukkig hebben we er alleen maar 1 overnachting moeten verblijven. Geen aanrader!

No me ha gustado nada. Las habitaciones estan echas polvo, los azulejos se caen, los enchufes saltan, eso si encuentras uno que funciona. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, el personal diciendo ue tiene un mal dia, el desayuno ni se les ocurra, y alejado de la playa para ir andando, ruidoso y sin aire acondicionado.

La limpieza tan mal que al llegar habian dejado en el rellano una bolsa de basura y al decirle a la mujer de la limpieza que la habian dejado dijo "el que la ha tirado que la recoja" al decirle que ya se habian ido, dijo..pues ya lo tirara alguien. Al irnos al cabo de los dias todavia estaba alli la bolsa. Increible la limpieza. Y fianza de 100 euros con todo estropeado.

La piscina y que es barato

No iba la cocina. Estaba mas alejado de la playa que lo que dicen. El garaje era muy caro y encima parecía mas viejo de lo normal. No pudimos cocinar nada. Instalacion electrica q saltaba a la primera de cambio.

Personal encantador, como en familia. El apartamento muy grande y una terraza enorme, tv de plama (muy pequeña)

No teniamos ningun electrodoestico aparte de un tostador y un hervidor de agua, ni microondas, ni mini horno solo dos placas electricas que no se sabian si se encendian o no porque los mandos estaban fatal. Dormimos en el suelo, porque los somieres eran nulos.

Son viejos y tienen muy mal mantenimiento.

it is in a good location just off the main drag, but with local cafes and restaurants, the Greek nd Breakfast cafes next door were both good value and high quality. The hotel bar is ok for groups meeting and services the pool area at fair prices. The shower provided hot water at all times and towels were provided. The pool was clean though small in size.

Would liked to have had towels changed every couple of days and there was a limited number of sun lounges so staying around the pool is not an option for larger sized groups. The 3 lifts worked all the time during the stay, though rated for 6 people they would not run with more than 3/4 people in them.
