Very good location, just in the old town center. fantastic view from the top floor. I'd rather stay at home, surf internet and enjoy what I see from the terrace.

The apartment is spacious, clean and has a great rooftop terrace. Given the heat, it was nice to have the ability to open windows to allow for cross breezes. And Cristina was awesome in providing us with tips and suggestions for our visit, especially about Feria. Thanks Cristina, we had a blast!

The sofa bed could be more comfortable. And, this is a true apartment, so don't expect any hotel amenities like bathroom soap or sugar for tea/coffee.

The apartment was located right in the heart of the Santa Cruz district - a short walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and lots of fantastic tapas bars. Cristina was really helpful, giving us lots of tips and recommendations for where to go and where to eat in Seville. We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and the terrace was fantastic. The perfect place to relax with a Tinto de Verano after a busy day sightseeing.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she was awesome! She helped us with details from the airport, places of interest to see, and when our flight was cancelled and moved to the next day, she made sure we could we stay another night. If we get to Seville again, we would stay there again!!

Friendly staff, the girl explained us how to find places to eat and to visit. A big comfortable bed in the living room. Heaters in the rooms and in the bathroom. The are shutters on the windows, so you sleep even if it is daylight.

For both rooms there was the same heater control, so while two of us slept in comfortable temperature, I suffered from heat in the second room. If you open the window, you can't sleep because of city noise and people walking near the windows (it was the 1st floor).

We really liked the roof terrace and the host was great in advising us where to visit. Great location and bright interior.

A brand-new apartment. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, we were free to use the terrace. The landlord is a very organized, helpful. Great location, very near to most of main attractions as well as San Sebastian Bus terminal.

Bathroom is a bit dusty.

Just perfect. Excellent location. Clean, practical, comfortable, air-conditioning. Cristina and Luis are great hosts, very attentionate and helpful.

The hostess, Cristina is very nice and very helpful. She helped us with directions, and with parking. We ended up being able to park for free during our entire stay. Having said that, you should know that drving a car and locating the apartment is very difficult, but if you are coming by taxi there is no problem. The location is fantastic! You walk out the door and are right near everything! The apartment is very comfortable and extremely clean. The small kitchen and washer in the apartment also proved to be very useful. Our family would love to stay here again!!

Right in the centre of the old town. A great flamenco bar which is free to get into right around the corner. The lady who runs the apartment will give you some recommendations for restaurants etc including this flamenco bar. We booked the penthouse - worth the extra cost for the private terrace with views of the giralda. A lot more character than a hotel as you feel like you are living in the centre of Seville!

Christina, our hostess, was a lovely fireball of a woman and quite funny. The apartment was spotless and well located. I would recommend her place anytime. Book her well in advance and recommend your friends.

Cristina the host was extremely personable and went out of her way to help us. The location is perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and within the old city. Only 1 minute from the Arabic Bath house! There is a lovely Terrace as well. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was very modern and clean. Being in narrow lane ways means reduced natural light however as Cristina rightly pointed out it helped the apartment stay very cool even on the 35 degree days!

Christina is a fabulous host, the ideal tourist guide. She even showed us a parkingplace for free, which saved us a lot of money. The appartment is very clean. The decoration is light and light. The bathroom is good, pity that the water from the shower is a bit weak. The location is perfect in the Santa Cruz area and Chris tells you exactly where to go or to eat. Nice to sit on the roof with a glass of wine from your own fridge and look over Sevilla. We had a great time!

Apartments are located in the very good place, everything is quite close. The Cathedral of Seville and Alcazar Palace are in 5 minutes. The apartmets are perfect! Everything is clean and rooms are well designed. Also there is the roof terras, where you can relax after long day. The hostess is very friendly, she can help what you need and tell you about the city.

appartement du 1° étage un peu sombre et bruyant, mais rien de dramatique.

De ligging van het (keurige) appartement is super: dichtbij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, midden in de gezellige wijk Santa Cruz. Veel (goede) eetbarretjes in de buurt, Christina heeft goede tips hiervoor. Wij hadden het appartement op de bovenste verdieping met eigen terras: geen last van de drukte en heerlijk om 's morgens te ontbijten.

De bedbank in de woonkamer is voor 2 volwassenen niet heel comfortabel om op te slapen. Voor kinderen beter te doen
