Hotel Floresta (弗洛雷斯塔酒店)    

everything was up to scratch im very happy with the place

The location was great near spar, restaurants, very clean.Food on theme nights very good in the restaurant.

There was nothing to fault overall

Location was very important for us, close to the sea and we could go on nice long walks

We had problems with lack of hot water supply Even after complaining 5 times it was never corrected to our satisfaction Beds were hard so we never got a good nights sleep

Appartments are good and big, location is nice. Big swimming pool with salt water. Good food for breafast. If you need to have have a shower after check out just ask at reception.

Air conditioner is set in living room, not in bedroom. Strange matresses and pillows, not convinient. Pool towles available with deposit of 10 euro. No kettle in the kitchen

Good location,close to the air port, beach and restaurants. Excellent food, clean rooms and pools. Value for money! We could return again and recommend to those who want relaxing holiday.

Charging for facilities like darts,table tennis and mini golf €2 per person ( mini golf in very poor condition ). Also €1 for 10 mins Internet.

Food is good but oversalted all dishes that make food not suitable to eat at all. Food overall not exeptable and you should talk to head chef about it

We liked the friendliness of the staff , the varied breakfasts , the location of floresta near all amenities,and the peace and realaxation we had there. We had a great holiday thanks to the professional and excellent staff. We will definately be staying in floresta on our next visit.

There was nothing we didnt like.

Good big apartments. Plenty of space around the pools. No big rush to bag sunloungers early in am.Breakfast was pretty good.Convenient to Taxi rank and local bus stop.

The fact that they dont take any notice of special request of location. Provide a better facility in apt for teamaking.

Excellent family hotel - on a budget. The apartments were huge! Definitley a 4* standard and the room service was excellent. The food was of a good standard and very reasonable. The facilities were good for a 3* hotel and the evening entertainment was very enjoyable for all the family.

Very good location as close to all pubs/clubs but not right in the centre so no noise at all at night - great! Was very clean and staff were up early cleaning the pool area every day without fail. A stones throw from the beach but has lovely pools to choose from.

The only problem was that people were putting their towels on the loungers at like 5.00am and we couldnt get any. There should be a rule that you are not allowed to do that unless you are staying on them!

We stayed only two days and were to travel by, the hotel looks nice and clean.

I can not tell much about it, but the only thing we did not like was the taste of the coffee.It tasted like coffee factory:bitter, bad, and not to drink I think a good coffee is a good start of the day and is important to a grand hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel for families. There are 3 different pools and our kids (7 and 9) spent most of their day in the pool. Our family room was spacious and clean with air conditioning and fans (this was great as the temperature reached 39 degrees while we were there). There are 2 supermarkets right in front of the hotel so plenty of choice. Food in Puerto del Carmen is very cheap so there's not much need to eat in, but we got sick of the same old offerings of English or German-style dining. Meals at restaurants were pretty average.

On our first night we ate at the Floresta restaurant. It has to be one of the worst meals I've had in my entire life. A hideous buffet of over- cooked food and basic salads. The best part of the meal was the ice cream for dessert. It was also very pricey compared to local restaurants. Wifi access is only available around the main pool area in the lobby, which is a bit of a nuisance.

The apartment’s were clean and bright and for a 3 star they were really very good. Located in a quite area with a Spar supermarket opposite the complex. The beach was directly across the road. Fab location for a family holiday with young children. Puerto del Carmen was a nice walk along the prom and a taxi there (rank on the main road outside hotel) was only 3/4 Euro. Will definitely be back to Hotel Floresta!

Pillows, had read the reviews and they were true - lumpy and flat. Large pool was a bit deceptive at shallow end as steps sloped and were quite slippy, not the best for younger non swimmers. The kiddies pool was great but more for under 3s

Pas possible de regarder la tele...écran brouillé!TV5 Inaccessible!on n'est pas fan de Tv mais regarder les nouvelles du pays est tjs agréable!

L'hotel Floresta è un albergo/residence con appartamenti grandi, confortevoli, puliti e con addirittura le stoviglie in cucina. Due grandi piscine e a due passi dal mare. Tutti molto cordiali. Tantissimi ottimi ristoranti e prezzi onesti e non da spenna turisti.

Essendo un'isola frequentata per la maggiore da tedeschi e inglesi il cibo in albergo non è stato di ns gradimento, il caffe espresso era un miraggio.

La sérénité et la gentillesse des personnes. Le mélange de population personnes âgées et familles.
