It is close to the center of the city and to free parking places. Everithing is new and very clean. And very comfortable

Staff very welcoming and very helpful.. Apartment spotlessly clean and warm. We stayed 7 days and really enjoyed our visit. Location is good. Centre of Town and close to all amenities and Old Town.. Apartment very peaceful.

Parking can be a problem but not impossible.

Super clean, interesting design, everything is new, smiling and friendly staff. We had a room at the top, overlooking the roofs with great view at two opposite sides with a terrace. Public parking in 500 meters. Difficult to find a parking place in the narrow streets. Supermarket and city market in 3 min walk.

Super friendly staff but the two guys we have seen don't speek English, only Spanish. Tiny bathroom with everything necessary.

The apartment was warm and stylish. The shower worked well

We felt that the apartment was rather a question of style over substance. All very Ikea but the apartment definitely lacked a lot of what we needed eg small pan for boiling water (no kettle) or for cooking rice for 3 (there was only one pan - size of a pressure cooker) . There were no glasses suitable for red wine - only champagne flutes! There was not enough hot water for 3 consecutive showers and the bathroom had no extractor fan so smelled strongly of mould. The heater in there did not heat - just made a noise like a helicopter. Everything was very high so impossible for shorter (5'3") people to reach' also no banister rail up to our 1st floor apartment so my mother had to go in the lift each time. The upper sleeping area was not screened off at all so there was no privacy, nor were there any bedside lights so a very dangerous near- stair grope at night , and not possible to read in bed. No furniture in the upper sleeping area - not even any hooks - so clothes had to be left in suitcases which was a great shame. No instructions on how to use anything and the heating was very weird!

The apartments were spotlessly clean & modern with very comfortable beds. Augustine was very helpful & courteous. Good location once you find it, our satnav took us down some very narrow streets.

Our original booking was for 2 apartments, 1 for 2 people & 1 for 4 persons, there were 6 people in the group. I received a reply to my original booking from Augustine advising that he had available a larger apartment for 6 which I accepted. However when we arrived he had simply put another double bed in the living area, so no settee to sit on, 4 seats at the dining table, a raised sleeping area with a double bed & a separate bedroom all with only 1 very small bathroom. Augustine did try to make it up to us, he reduced the price & give us a gift of 2 bottles of wine, and also 1 bottle of oil for each couple. The apartment is beautiful but for a maximum of 4 people.

Location, facilities and cleanliness were each of a very high standard.

Spaces were a little small and could have been improved with some outdoor furniture (and a BBQ?) on the balcony.

Bijzonder aardige bediening. Groot modern apartement met goede bedden. Verwarming (buiten was het koud). Goede wifi.

-Muy céntrico, en 5 minutos a pie estás en el centro de Úbeda. -Edificio totalmente reformado recientemente. -Nuestro apartamento era amplio, limpio, completamente equipado y decorado con muy buen gusto. -En la zona se puede aparcar sin problemas.

La ubicación, el trato recibido y lo limpio que estaba todo.

La terrasse privative, le très bon état de l'immeuble le calme, proximité du marché et supermarché et de la vieille ville. La qualité de l'accueil et du service.

Dommage que l'une des chambres soit mal isolée de la lumière. Réveil garanti à 7h.

La situation géographique en ville qui permet de se balader à pied, la terrasse sur le toit très agréable, le design du studio bien équipé et la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil. Egalement la possibilité de stationnement gratuit.

Quelques odeurs dans la petite salle de bain

Notre appartement, situé au dernier étage, était très joliment présenté, avec une terrasse donnant une belle vue sur les toits d'Ubeda. S'appréciera particulièrement sur plusieurs jours, par sa cuisine équipée donnant une totale autonomie.

De ligging, modern, mooi appartement. Goed onderhouden. Supermarkt naast de deur.

Geen parking maar vooral het internet ging nauwelijks. Wij hadden een lekke band, en de beheerder die tot dan toe erg behulpzaam geweest was, verdween in één keer zonder ons een adres van een garage of zo te geven.

Hemos estado a gusto; el apartamento era suficientemente amplio y bien equipado; la temperatura muy agradable teniendo en cuenta el frio que hacía en el exterior.

Un apartamento muy agradable y un trato excelente.Ducha de hidromasaje,tv plana,muy buena ubicacion,muy buen precio,etc.Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Buen trato,personal atento y apartamentos con encanto y sobretodo limpios

Los apartamentos está bien ubicados, puedes ir andando a todo sitios, que están como máximo a 15 minutos. A un minuto andando puedes dejar el coche en zona azul y a cinco minutos en zona blanca. El nuestro, 201 , era muy mono; con una ducha de hidromasaje estupenda, toallas suaves y un calentador en el baño para las toallas y caldear el ambiente. La cocina, aunque sencilla, muy completa. El dormitorio decorado con muy buen gusto, cama comodísima y armario y cajoneras grandes para guardar todas las cosas.

Mejoraría la calidad del sofá, que no era muy cómodo, pero si vas a hacer turismo no estás mucho en casa. Mejorar en la vajilla únicamente la satén, bastante gastada, en la que se pegaba la comida.

Realmente todo! El personal y la atención, inmejorable. La ubicación perfecta, nada de ruido. El apartamento precioso, mezclando lo rústico y moderno. Nos encantó el detalle que tuvieron con nosotros, una botella de champán para nuestra celebración. Un saludo desde el Carpio!!
