Apartments very nice and central to beach and shops also found the restaurant and staff excellent.

Good location, beach, shops etc close by. Friendly helpful staff. Noise from water tank on roof on first night, but when reported at reception no further noise or interruptions. Linen,towels changed and apartment cleaned 3 times in Christmas week.

I was allocated exactly the room I requested - 1st floor with seaview. Reception emailed me prior to leaving UK to confirm my flight times and reassured me that my room request had been noted and not to worry. I loved the large sunny balcony. The barman/waiter in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly and remembered my drink preference on my second visit. Although travelling alone I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit.

I think the sun loungers need to be updated. They weren't adjustable so you either had to lay (lie?) flat on your back or on stomach. That said, I met some lovely people, some of whom were staying at the apartments for a month or more, lucky people!

On our first night our daughters apartment was broken in while they were sleeping and all their money stolen, the door had a faulty lock. although the manager call the police for us he did very little else to help us, he didnt even get the lock sorted or move them to a different apartment. When the police arrived we were told the same thing had happened the week before to some other guest, We didnt feel safe after that and it really spoilt the holiday.

from entering the complex were made to feel welcome. apartment perfect, clean and not far from pool . only cost €10 to extend our stay as our flight was in the late evening. uld recommend to anyone.

probably location, then again everyones situation is different, needed a 10-13 min taxi ride into the main town puerto del carmen.

We loved the tranquility of the place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and yet, only 5/10 Min's walk to the beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. Also the choice of a short taxi ride to the main streets in Puerto Del Carmen for night life. We went for a chill out holiday and that's exactly what we got.Really enjoyed it. :)

One big complaint. the bedding is poor. Booked for a double room but two single beds supplied which could not be joined and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Good location for exploring the island. Good price. Large apartament for 2 people.

Worn equipment. Not exactly cleaned! Note the thieves!

clean ,comfortable ,location freindly people in charge,and value for money ,and close to beach and bars/restraunts . great place to stay its my third time and my freinds have stayed on my recomdation and they enjoyed it also.great to hear back.

pool area could do with a few more sun loungers and chairs,

Thank you for a wonderful week. The staff in the resturant were so friendly and accommodating! The pool was perfect for small children and it was very safe. It was perfect in location from the main strip and restaurants aswell as being very near to the airport. We would definitely return and advise friends to stay here.

Staff at reception not very friendly

Whilst it was a bit out of the way of where the Ironman was taking place, (the reason for going to Lanzarote as my sister was taking part), it was a very easy and quick taxi ride from the airport and to the main town. The perfect location to wind down and relax. Moreover we felt safe, it was a short walk from some lovely restaurants and we had a great time away from the bustle of Puerto del Carmen nightlife!! We would definitely return. Value for money. Thankyou.

I found the single Guacimeta apartment beautifully located with all facilities perfectly adequate for my needs. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the well tended gardens as well as the sensitivity shown in the location for services such as restaurant etc. as well as the peaceful surroundings. I would highly recommend the Guacimeta apartments. In fact I did by inviting friends to stay there 2 days before I returned to the U.K. Respect & love to all the staff. Yvonne Savage.

Very friendly helpfull staff... Clean and tidy grounds. Quiet swimming pool and sunbeds...

we really enjoyed our stay at the guacimeta apartments. poolside apts very nice and very clean, restaurant on site very nice especially saturday night when they have the barbaque with as much as you can eat for a tenner. Would definetly make a return visit.

Ya he estado en varias ocasiones en estos apartamentos y en principio para lo que yo voy que es únicamente para pernoctar esta muy bien. Es limpio, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Además a pesar de estar al lado del aeropuerto está muy bien insonorizado y se puedes descansar sin ningún problema de ruidos.

Se si desidera visitare l'isola l'ubicazione dell'appartamento è ideale e con ampio parcheggio per l'auto, fuori dalla calca del centro ma vicinissimo alle spiagge ed alle strade principali. Il complesso oltre che di ristorante è dotato anche di piscina. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.

Letti buoni ma con materassi un po' troppo duri.

El trato del personal

Pour mon quatrième séjour en 2 ans, le personnel (une dizaine de membres seulement)est toujours aussi sympathique, très aimable et très attentif à tous nos souhaits: bref, on se sent "zen" et comme chez soi dans cet établissement à taille humaine. Merci à Dima (le cuisinier et son fabuleux bbq à volonté du samedi soir à 10 € seulement), à Mario, à Kathia et à Maya (au restaurant). Même si le cadre du restaurant ne semble pas payer de mine, n'hésitez pas à prendre la demi-pension (il ne vous en coûtera pas plus cher que de devoir préparer vous-mêmes les repas dans l'appartement ou de fréquenter les rares restaurants de Matagorda, à 7 min à pied du Guacimeta ou à Playa del Carmen, à 10 min en voiture). Le petit déjeuner continental est simple mais bon (excellents petits pains aux graines et il y a même des croissants pour les français). En revanche, le dîner (entrée, plat et dessert) est vraiment copieux et varié, ni gras ni trop salé (par ex. une grande sole grillée de l'Atlantique comme je n'en ai jamais mangée -une authentique danse du ventre des papilles gustatives -accompagnée de "papas arrugadas" = pdt ridées) et il vous suggérera même toute autre préparation canarienne. Merci à Ramon (le propriétaire) qui vient nous saluer tous les jours au restaurant ! Pour vous déplacer aisément, louez une bicyclette (à côté du Spar à Matagaorda): vous pourrez ainsi vous balader sur la piste cyclable de la côte entre Arrecife et Playa del Carmen. Si vous optez pour une location de voiture, pensez à réserver à l'avance par internet (moins cher que sur place) avec Autoreisen car on ne doit pas payer un plein d'essence avant de retirer son véhicule: à la remise de la voiture, vous ne remplissez qu'à hauteur de votre consommation effective de carburant. De plus il y a un parking disponible et non payant devant les Guacimeta Apartamentos.

Le wi-fi (15 € la semaine) est quelque peu déficient. La cuisine est sommaire (comme partout aux Canaries): 2 petites plaques électriques de cuisson pour 2 grandes casseroles: bigre ! Donc pas aisé de se préparer le repas: optez plutôt pour la demi-pension.

Apartamenty blisko od lotniska, taxi 10 euro w 3 minuty. Pyszne jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Czysto i schludnie.

Trochę małe pokoje. Takie same dla 2 i 5 osobowej rodziny. Basen do remontu. Apartamenty głównie dla starszych osób.
