Loved the privacy of the resort and it's location is perfect just outside the new and the old town so it was no big walk to either part. Loads of room around the pool and a fabulous pool. It was renovated since we were there last and the new pool bar was very welcomed.

You had to pay for wifi. It should be complimentary.

The staff were very friendly right from our arrival. There was an apartment ready for us even though we were several hours early.We requested an apartment in block B as we had read reviews that said they were the better ones, we were given one with a sea view which was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and was cleaned every day. The gardens and pool area was always immaculate with more than enough sun beds. Finally the location was great, close to the old port and beaches. In all the Lomo Blanco exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning, we will also be recommending it to friends.Congratulations to all the staff!

This was our fifth time staying here, great as always, everyone friendly and makes you feel at home, especially Jimmy, would recommend it to anyone.

The apartments were very clean,and the grounds were immaculate, with pruning, painting, weeding on a daily basis. Staff friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were always friendly when passing, and always said hello and they do a great job

The €5 charge for wi fi, lots of pubs and restaurants in the area have free Internet access, but this daily charge is a bit excessive, coupled with a charge for English language tv channels, I think the lomo blanco should rethink these charges. Maybe a set charge that includes both but not the amount being charged currently

Hi There,, Just back from a week in Lanzorate. We stayed with a group of 20 people, we had the 10 apts, at the back beside small pool. Apts v clean and really comfortable. All staff too were really helpful, bar and reception staff alike. Have to give Hayley & Markus a mention as they were both v friendly and helpful,, as was the Receptionist, didnt catch her name, she always had a smile and willing to help. Location great too. Cant fault this hotel and would recommend it strongly. We have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen 4 times before butthis is by far the best. Will be back

Very friendly staff, especially the bar man Marco, clean pool, plenty of sun loungers to go round. Easy to get to the old town and the lovely resturants, evening entertainment. We had three apartments and all great. Would definately go back.

There was quiet a few steps to walk the Puerto Del Carmen main strip, this was not a problem for us, but may be for older people, even my mother in law of 82 years managed it some nights.

A small complex close to Puerto del Carmen old town. Efficient staff. Apartments comfortable if somewhat well used. Quiet at night despite being close (walking distance) to night life.

I think wifi and a selection of international TV channels should be included in the price as is the case elsewhere in Lanzarote.

Great Location, Great pool & Grounds

It was very nice, clean and large (for the money we paid for it). LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION!!!!! We were there with 8 year old kid and she had the best time ever at the pool. there were so many kids it was really really great holiday. Beds there great and very comfy! can really say anything bad about the place, we will come back.

location,location,location fantastic trip with family 2 kids 9 and 11 loved the pool and being able to make friends the same age.

We had a very pleasent stay as a family. Hotel is clean & managed well. Staff were outstanding, particularly Jimmy & Johnny. The athmosphere was very warm, relaxed & welcoming. Breakfast at the pool bar was good value, averaging €20 for a family of six. Happy hour between 4 & 5 was a great way to meet other people & we made a lot of friends from Ireland & uk. Hotel is very well located between the old & new town & we didnt mind the walk although it was a tough enough climb, not recommended for the unfit but a good & cheap alternative is to use taxis. Basic supermarkets are in close proximity but the local spar is a good stretch of the legs, recommend bringing help. Beach was close by (5 mins walk) but worth it, fantastic experience!! Tennis facility very close by with a warm welcome & reasonable rates.

No air conditioning during a very hot spell. Rooms were advertised on the website as having a ceiling fan but that is not the case. Fans were available at reception but had to be rented. It was cheaper to buy a fan on the strip & return it when leaving where a refund was given. I stayed in a fround floor 2 bed appartment where there was a barrier installed on all windows preventing them opening more than about 5 inches. The patio door could not be left open at night for obvious reasons.
