Apartamentos Hg Lomo Blanco  

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice bar/reception area. Very nice pool area. Food was good, Bar Staff were very good. The location of the hotel is very good. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent.

Charging for using the TV in your room is not a good idea when the guests have children and are on a budget. Music blaring beside the outside food area is not good.

The small pool was a very good size for children. We were able to sit by the pool and let our four year old play in it as it was quite shallow. the area around the pool is pleasent with well maintained gardens. The apartments are close to the main town and there is a restaurant and bar on site. Its great for families with small children. The maids came nearly everyday to change towels and mop the floors e.t.c

The kitchen is quite basic only suitable for quite simple cooking. The apartment was generally clean but there was dust under the beds so they could probably do with a 'deep' clean more often.

The WiFi was reliable - this is really vital to me.

It was very good - no complaints.

This was my fourth time to stay at lomo blanco apartments with a group of friends. Our apartments were refurbished and are spotless our group was very impressed.and are planning a return maybe summer. Jim the manager was brillo and went beyond to please well done jim. the ballybrack gang.

I found the staff at reception very helpful and very pleasent to deal with.the appartments are getting a little old but are very clean and spacious.the pool area is nicely laid out and it was very quiet at night time, I have stayed there a couple of times before and would stay there again. I would consider these appartments good value for money.

comfort and location

We loved everything about staying at the Lomo Blanco.These appartments were perfect for us.The food was good and the staff were very friendly and they were in a great location very near the old town and a short walk to the new town.We will be booking these appartments for next year again :)

There is no air conditioning in the appartments and when ordering food at restaurant you have to order at bar yourself.This would be ok if its only a small family however we were a small family travelling in a big group so when we were ordering food some of us were finished when others only started..so a waiter at table much needed

Location was great between the old and new town. Apartment was very clean. cleaning ladies were very nice

Alot of broken sun loungers. Either take them away or fix them. Very little umbrellas.

The apartments were very convient to anywhere you wanted to go. Jimmy the bartender couldn't do enough for us from the time he started his shift till the end of his shift, he made the stay so enjoyable, can't wait to go back again!!!!

staff were friendly and very helpfull.The complex is very well run and i felt relaxed and safe there.We had a late flight home and it was nice to be given a room to shower and change in.It is a nice quiet area with shops nearby.I would recomend lomo blanco to my friends.Thank you for a lovely holiday
