Really nice, clean and comfortable apartaments. I would definetly choose it to stay a week!

The cleaning staff is noisy - I could not sleep in the morning. The rooms at the street side are noisy.

we had a completely relaxed holiday at this clean and very pleasant hotel with great pool area and well sited for all amenities,beach, restaurants, shops,buses,taxis etc.

there were no do not disturb signs for door as cleaning staff came into our room 3 times while we were in bed once at 9am i mean we are on holiday ??????

The staff, professional. The location was near to the sea front and shops.

The apartment was very basic, could of done with a lick of white paint, not grey. Furnishings were from the 70's. Our apartment balcony ( room 220 ) had no sun at all. Very disappointing.

We had one heavy suitcase that we had to lift up 2 short flights of stairs We managed but we are able bodied and fit .Older and infirm would struggle.

The weather was good, the resort is nice and people are friendly.

The sundbeds are locked up until 9am then the stampede started - nott enough sunbeds or space to lay out. You cannot watch tv unless you pay 15 euro and also a 15 euro deposit for the television remote. Giant cockroaches in the apartment and not value for money in a very tiny apartment. Los Cristianos is a nice place to go but not this accomodation.

A lot of repairs and maintenace required on the apartment we stayed in. Safe did not work, and had to get an engineer in to repair it.

Quiet location but close to Christianos

some apartments had no sun although they were bigger. Wifi was very patchy and you had to pay for it.

Good location for a family holiday and child friendly. Whilst apartment was basic it suited our needs for simply getting our heads down at night and a nice balcony to relax on the odd occasion we did not venture out. Cleaners in every day and linen changed regularly. Restaurant did not really offer value for money but plenty others in the vicinity that did. Try Manhattans or Margaritas for great Breakfast and the latter do great evening meals with reasonable entertainment every night. All in all a cracking Holiday and acres of Sunshine

Television and Safe Deposit Box Charges were a bit on the expensive side, these should be offered free in my opinion. No microwave in our apartment and fridge with no freezer was the only other low lights but can't really complain too much as we thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday here.

Very comfortable bed. Convenient location close to bus stops (we were en route from La Gomera to the Tenerife Sur airport. Straightforward, clean, no-nonsense accommodation.

We were on the NW side of the apartments, where it was a little gloomy. The bedroom and living area are not fully separated (incomplete paryition wall - a strange design feature)

location is good,near shops,bars,only 5/10 min walk to town and beach. los americas 20 min walk along promenade with a good shopping centre. Good size pool and plenty of sun beds.

The rooms are small but adequate,but no toaster in ours. Our bed sheets were not changed once during our weeks stay. My wife slipped in the pool area (when it was raining) and had a bad cut to the back of the head,lifeguard did not have a clue what to do ! Ambulance was called by a guest as she was bleeding badly(16 staple stitches in hospital) . There were no warning signs out saying danger slippery surface,when we got back from hospital they were everywhere and every day after that ! The manager let us have a late check out of our room because we had a evening flight,there was no charge for that,we wonder why ? We were unlucky I know but this situation should of been handled better by the management and life guard.

Third Year staying at Apartment You get what you pay for which is good value for money 3 star apartment in an area that is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the Beach There is a charge of 15 euros for the TV but good UK channels included. Suitable for families too

really great pools, pool area and gardens beautifully kept, loads of staff working to keep area spotless every morning, very family friendly, nice staff, plenty of sunbeds and lounge areas but need to go down to pool early to pick your spot and put sunbeds and sunpads out, great location to shops and beach, not up a hill, quiet at night in hotel = good for young children, clean sheets twice a week, towels every other day, bins empty and floors cleaned each day, really enjoyed our stay. would use this hotel again, loved our holiday there.

the hotel could do a little DIY to improve some areas eg, old paint on doors, needs new clothes dryers, railings very dirty and need painting, dishes in rooms quite dirty needed washing before using, ceiling fans not enough in such hot weather but hotel dont advertise use of air condition on loan, problems with rooms being robbed but hotel do have night guard but doors need better locks, keep card in electric slot to keep lights and fan on when not in room.

This was our second time staying here and for families it's very safe and quiet.Great swimming pools to suit all ages. Location is ok for the restaurants.There is a supermarket at the back of the complex which caters for all your needs. Beach is around a 15 min walk. The staff are friendly and helpful especially at reception. I would have no hesitation in going back.

Due to the extreme temperatures during our stay air conditioning was definitely required and this unfortunately does not exist. Still not enough parasols by the pool side and a battle every morning to secure a sun lounger and a parasol.

This is a good value hotel ideal for families with excellent pool facilities. The location is quiet and safe with a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and similar walk to the town centre There a a number of local restaurants and bars and the hotel restaurant is very good. There are also a number of local supermarkets for those who want to cater for themselves. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We have been coming to this hotel for nearly 20 years, first with our young chidren and now as a couple, and find it the ideal place to stay when in Tenerife. The atmosphere around the hotel is relaxed and is for those who want that sort of holiday. The walk to the beach and town can be very hot during the day but there is a taxi rank outside the hotel for those who which to avoid a walk. At night it is an easier walk in a very pleasant and safe area. We will continue to stay here when coming to Tenerife

The mad scramble for sun loungers and shades in the morning. There were onyl a dozen or so shades for the entire complex and that not nearly enough for the amount of people. Shades gone by 8am in the morning and all queues for the beds/covers at 9am. Unfortnately if you never joined in the fiasco you could not get poolside which is a must for a family with young children. The bar/area restaurant expensive for a beer/wine before going out.
