Fantastic location and very good value.

Terrible noise everyday at 6.30. Trolleys running up and down. Apartmentss need a bit op paint in and out

Nice apartment, with everything you need. Clean and comfortably decorated. Good location, metro station nearby and supermarket just next door. A lot of bars and restaurants on the same street. 24h reception so late night arrival is no problem.

The hotel is in a really good location with a metro stop just outside on the same street. A 10 minute metro ride and takes you into central Madrid, but we preferred to walk everywhere and could walk into the centre of town at a leisurely pace in about 45 minutes. There were Lots of lovely shops nearby, a supermarket right next door to the apartments who sold everything you could need. Lots of nice restaurants and bars close by and plenty of cafe's around to stop off at for breakfast. Our room was great, very clean, nice little kitchenette for making simple meals if you wanted to. Shower was fantastic, very powerful and always hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price you couldn't ask for more, I’ll definitely stay here again.

My only criticism of the hotel, and it’s only something minor, is that our room didn’t have a view. We were looking into an interior courtyard, so I’d ask for a room with a street view if I stay here again.

The apartments are small and basic to fit with the low budget paid. The apartment was very clean. Note there is not a day maid service. Its what I call cheap and cheerful accommodation, no frills and spills, but you get everything you need. Good value for money. It was definitely a good idea to print the reservation in Spanish as language barrier could have been a problem.

This was a very cheap hotel near the centre of Madrid. For the money one couldn't fault it. Clean and comfortable with a mini kitchen, one could make a simple meal if one wanted.

Nice clean place near metro station and get early check in.

Not enough light in the room

Really good location, metro stop less than a minutes walk away, lots of shops nearby, a supermarket pretty much under the apartments with a wide range of groceries. Lovely restaurant just down the road and some fantastic bakeries along Juan Bravo (especially Le Pain Quotidien). Shower was fantastic, very powerful and always hot.

There wasn't a kettle or iron, they were the only things missing, nothing else was an issue.

Heat avaible till 23 ...then room quite cold in winter but they gave us all the blankets we needed............They change towel but they don t wash on the floor .For the rest all perfect

Apartments had family room, bedroom, bathroom, refrig, and microwave. Plenty of space to spread out. Able to check in early after overnight trans-Atlantic flight. Metro station right across street. Grocery store right next door.

Only smoking rooms. Front desk staff was not very helpful. No where to store luggage.
