This is a unique apartment right in the heart of Santiago de Compostela. We didn't know what we were going to get when we booked on line but it was a fantastic find. Highly recommended for value and quality close to all of the activities. The person who helped us get oriented (Ines) was very helpful.

What can I say !! This is a beautiful little apartment overlooking Inmaculada Square. One could also see the Cathedral. We arrived at Plaza Do Obradoiro where I parked and Lavinia went off to find Ines the owner of the apartment.Ten minutes later she arrived with Ines in Ines' car. We transferred our luggage and then followed Ines to the car park where I parked my car [10.50 Euro per day] Then it was off to the apartment where we met Paulo, Ines' friend who payed a major roll in getting our luggage up the stairs to our room.Ines and Paulo were an exceptionally nice couple who could not have done more for us. When we came to leave Ines picked us up and took us to the car park where we transferred our luggage. The apartment is extremely well situated. I would love to return to Santiago one day and again stay in Ines' unit.

There are nothing bad to talk about this place. The location is perfect, behind of La Catedral de Compostela (the main church) and right in the middle of the old city, full of restaurants, souvenirs stores and bars. The room is very comfortable, like a small apartment with new facilities and a very good view. Ines, the hostess, is best friend you could have in your stay. She will try her best to make you feel comfortable and tell you everything you must see/do, do not forget to have a nice talk with her about the things you would like to do. I was travelling alone and she really made me feel at home! I could not have choose a better place to stay. I felt I lived there!

Full information given on arrival, fetched us and our luggage from the public parking, which was very welcome due to the rain. The apartment (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room) were well equipped with new, high-quality appliances. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. The place is in the old town, so there is virtually no traffic around. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops in the vicinity, and the cathedral is just around the corner.

A little difficult to find due to the many small, narrow streets in the old town. They could perhaps give the GPS coordinates of the recommended parking garage in Xoan XXIII plus a simple map of how to walk to the hotel.

Staying in Casa Inmaculada becomes one of the best things to a trip to Santiago de Compostela. The aparment is located in the centre of the Old Town with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The aparment is completely restored, well designed and with all the comforts needed and the room service takes care of everything. It's really awesome. Thank you Ines for showing us how to experience Santiago. Great location and very helpful information pre-arrival and during our trip from the owner. Lovely local restaurants and bars within the medieval old city but also only 40 mins from the coast. Wonderful sound of bells from the Cathedral.

The apartment had a high and modern standard, with a fantastic view from the windows. Our hostess Inés was very nice to us and even took us around a bit in her car to show the beautiful views over Santiago.

Our stay at Apartamentos Casa dal La Inmaculada was extremely satisfying, comfortable and peaceful. We had just finished walking the 790 kilometre Camino de Santiago from France and were really looking for a place to totally relax and recuperate without breaking the bank so finding Ines and her apartments was our little miracle. Ines was a wonderful hostess, nothing was too much trouble and she gave us lots of ideas of what to see and when, even down to ensuring we got to see the special event at the cathedral of the swinging of the giant fumereria. We strongly recommend a stay at these apartments.

The location, near the cathedral, the open-air market, and the old town, was wonderful. Ines, the person in charge of the apartments, is very very helpful and sees to everything one needs.

If one did not completely close all the double windows and shutters, the apartment could be very noisy, especially late at night. Wi-Fi did not work in the third floor apartment--check to see if it works if this is important during your stay.

There are three apartments: "Palacio" (first floor), "Seminario" (second floor) and "Catedral" (third floor). We had the "Catedral", which is easily one of the best apartments we ever stayed in. It is very well equipped with a bedroom with a comfortable bed (very good mattress: stiff, but still soft), a bathroom with a very spacious shower, a living room with a couch and a sitting table, and finally a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave/grill combination and even a washing machine. There are also abundant plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc. -- a fully equipped, cosy apartment. The location is perfect: very close to the cathedral and providing a marvelous view onto the gardens in front of the Seminario Mayor. The Camino Frances de Santiago (french St. James way) passes by it, so pilgrims already find it on the way to the cathedral. The owner also has to be commended for her very cordial welcome. It was the perfect ending for our pilgrimage.

Apartamentos Casa de La Inmaculada was in an excellent location in the center of the old town and had all new facilities.

We chose Apartamentos Casa de la Inmaculada for its central location on the old part of Santiago de Composela, near the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the train station. What we didn't realize is how wonderful the stay would be made by the kind attention of Ines, the owner, who was happy to answer many questions, and offer suggestions for activities we were interested, which included bicycle rental. The apartment has everything you could want, and the top floor unit which we chose had great views to the west including the distant wooded hills. There's a convenient market around the corner, and the larger farmers market is just beyond. Its a magical place - we would come here again and again.

Obviously, the apartment is situated in the old city, which can be noisy at times; however, the apartment has double pane windows as well as exterior shutters, and the fan or AC can be turned on, so it was no problem.

Ines was amazing! From the moment we arrived, she took excellent care of us. For better wifi access, she changed our apartment from the third floor to the second floor, which was equally immaculate. She supplied us with laundry soap and a drying rack. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, next to one side of the cathedral, with a gorgeous view overlooking the square, which was quiet in the evening for a perfect night's rest. Excellent value. I would have no problem living here!

Had a very warm welcome. The apartment is stunning, well fitted out in a modern style and had everything we required. It is a stones throw from the Cathedral. We have rated it 10 for every category. The apartment is in a no drive zone so we left our motorcycle about 200m away and the owner drove us to the apartment with our bags. All in all a stunning stay in a stunning place. Also had a nice chat via google translator with the owner.

A clean, fresh, comfortable and well-equipped little apartment right in the historical centre of Santiago de Compostela. It has a great view over a garden and several historical buildings, the impressive cathedral above all. The area is quiet by night, but with the sound-proof windows opened you can have breakfast to the sound of the gaita (Spanish bagpipe) accompanied by the determined footsteps of dozens of pilgrims reaching their goal. Everything went smoothly, from arrival to check-out and the service-minded hostess gladly provided us with helpful information about what to see and do in this beautiful city. I would absolutely recommend this accomodation to anyone travelling to Santiago de Compostela.

Localização excelente nas traseiras da catedral.Estacionamento próximo(parque da catedral),10.50 Por dia ,mas também pode estacionar-se perto deste parque sem custos o apartamento embora esteja inserido na zona histórica e pedonal, tem uma boa insonorização.De salientar a simpatia e amabilidade da Inês que inclusivé foi buscar nos no primeiro dia ao parque de estacionamento!Recomendamos estes apartamentos e quando voltarmos a Santiago ficaremos de novo neles,sem dúvida.

El apartamento está completo, no le falta detalle como en tu propia casa. Todo está nuevo y limpio, además muy próximo a la Catedral. Inés, la propietaria, encantadora. Valoración, 10.

O apartamento esta em uma região muito bem localizada, no coração do centro histórico de Santiago de Compostela. A poucos metros de uma das entradas da Catedral, em frente a casa do Episcopado com muitas opções de restaurantes e laser. A vista é magnífica e o astral do local é indescritivel. Da janela podiamos ver os grupos de peregrinos chegando da caminhada, dirigindo-se até a catedral. Apesar de bastante movimentado, não tivemos qualquer problema com ruidos no interior do apartamento, pois o isolamento acústico das janelas é perfeito. O apartamento dispõe de todas as comodidades de uma residência, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, e todos os eletrodomésticos são de boa qualidade e encontram-se em perfeito funcinamento. Por isso recomendo esta habitação sem qualquer exitação. Adicionalmente não posso deixar de registrar a acolhida que a Senhora Ines nos proporcionou. Estava nos esperando na porta do apartamento em nossa chegada e não poupou esforços para tornar nossa estadia muito agradável. Foi um prazer te conhecer Ines, muito obrigada por toda a sua dedicação.
