Nice apartments with a big terrace.

It's just a place for groups of youngsters. Loud people playing music at night with no respect for neighbours. To be avoided if you're travelling with children.

Pool and breakfast room. Quality of food was acceptable and there was plenty of it.

The additional charges for the hire / use of an electric kettle (a basic requirement in any room) and the use of the TV. When staying in budget accommodation in the UK both of these are provided as standard and I would suggest that you do the same please.

Hotel situated up very steep incline not good for those with walking problems, hotel rooms really need updating as somethings were in need of repair.Only 1 or2 local resturants in area.

We have apartments on the 2nd floor. So it was nice view. Room is large enough and clean. Most necessary things present. Cleaning was made according schedule (something like Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri). Animation in the evening were quite interesting. So mostly apartments are very friendly.

As said many times hotel is on the hill so it could require some efforts to get into it after evening trip. Haven't seen hotel bus in action (may be just walk in wrong time). Some things I think should be present: like shampoo, soap (yes this is not a hotel but apartments, but from my point of view at least soap could be added) . WIFI... It would be nice addition to have it.

Excellent value for money, ideal for a cheap all-inclusive. The pool area was very clean with plenty of sunbeds, though the water was a bit too cold. The food was of really good quality, but could do with a little more choice, especially with the desserts.

Our room (d18) was above a privately owned room which had 2 dogs left in it at night, which barked alot. One night they kept us awake all night. The slope between the restaurant and the bar was a bit of struggle when you had just eaten.

I booked 3 rooms with 'booking.com' that described the rooms as 'larger'. I needed to accomodate 3 people in one room. When we arrived the rooms were the same size as 'studio' rooms and had a small camp bed in the lounge. The furniture was falling apart. Not enough hot water for 3 people showering

The entertainment in the hotel was excellent. Best I've seen in a long time. Big thumbs up!

The service upon checking in was very poor, you were not advised of anything. A lot we found out on our own. The all inclusive food was very limited and repeatative. There are no snacks with the all inclusive expcept a ham and cheese sandwich. Drinks are limited during meal times too soft drinks, fresh juices, water, beer or wine only. No spirits are served in the restaurant which you do not get advised of. Staff can be rude ie- taking your plate away when you have literally just put the last bite in your mouth. Finally the all inclusive bar closes at 10.30 which is earlier than norm as its normally midnight at other hotels.

we didnt get any sun at all on our balcony.it was very steep on the complex with the slopes and steps.it would be a lot better if there was a gate at the bottom of the complex,then you wouldnt have to walk all the way UP the slope to get out of the complex as we were at the bottom to start with !!

Everything was so dirthy,the furmiture very disafected,and smells horrible.the kitchen was never cleaned,no coffe maker,no pan.the towels was never changed in 6 days.i not recomand to anyone

Our stay ws only 1 night on a B&B basis. The beds were clean & comfy. The breakfast was the best we had experienced. We simply could not fault the food, presentation, choice and indeed the staff at breakfast and the outlook from the breakfast room made it that bit more special.

The apartment was very basic. You have to buy a card to watch the tv.! The decor was somewhat dated. The ramps from reception were not in use and the whole of the complex is better suited to mountain goats. My husband has slipped - discs in his back so were very pleased we only had the one night here. The pizza ordered from the bar came in a 12" box but when opened suprise a little 7" pizza inside for 7.50 euros!

You get what you pay for, but I felt we got a little more staying here. The staff were very friendly. The rooms though basic were clean and tidy. A great place to stay if your on a budget.

The pool was freezing cold and we were unable to use it. We stayed here in November 2012 and were told then that it was going to be repaired very soon. Our last trip in Feb 2013 and the pool was still not fixed. We will not be going back there until we know it is fixed and can be used. A real shame, the pool is a real necessity for us when we are on holiday and being unable to us it was a disappointment. Sort it Laguna and we will continue to be regulars !

The stay was exactly what we were looking for, a nice pool a supermarket right on the doorstep and staff that are there to help 24 hrs a day. And nothing was more than 3-5 euro in a taxi away.

Could do with clean towels half way threw week, don't mind using same ones 3 times but after that its just minging.

- Very friendly staff @ entire complex, multilingual @ reception too - fresh fruits @ breakfast - lots of choice @ breakfast - good location (if you have wheels or don't mind taking a cab) - excellent views from all over the complex towards sea

- Although clean, our apartment was full of cockroaches; staff sent someone too kill them but they kept coming back...

Room basic but is expected as you only get what you pay for. We only had a one night stay so the apartment was tolerable Had no lights in bedroom but after reporting this the electrician arrived very quickly Entertainment on evening was good
