Right in the centre of Puerto del Carmen a hidden little gem while being in the center it was not on main strip & therefore was very quite & relaxing excellent facilities bar side pool serving great food & drinks 24 hour reception desk apartments very clean & comfortable

We loved the location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants and yet situated in a quiet corner. The apt was spacious with a balcony. We loved the netting/ screen on the bedroom window which facilitated leaving it open with no fear of insects. The desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

We were situated at the back of the complex and we had to climb over 50 steps to access our particular appartment. Next time I stay I will request an apt with less steps.

- Very budget friendly - great value. - Location is excellent - a stone's throw from the Avenida De Las Playas, beaches, bars and shops. - Pool area is very nice and getting a sunbed wasn't a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. - The apartments are clean, well furnished and the maid service is spot on. - I stayed all-inclusive on my first visit and the food was good too - lots of variety. I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again.

There's little to dislike: - No double beds. You get 2 singles close together. - If you close the windows you block any noise from 'the strip' but the apartment can then get a little warm. - Parking close to the complex is a little over-subscribed so if you have a car you may have to park a little further away.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Lanza playa... My boyfriend lives in lanzarote, so I usually visit the island 4-5 times each year and we always stay together in Lanza playa. But even tho I paid for 2 people at night when he was returning from work the staff were extremely rude to him and tried to stop him from getting in. I was so embarrassed it was awful. I have 3 more trips planned to lanzarote and I will definately not be staying at Lanza playa again

T.V. Only 2 English speaking channels of which both were news. Perhaps one could be changed to a entertainment or film channel.

a good quiet relaxing sunny break at a great complex. all you need appartments and good swiming pools in the middle of town. all you need in the area made for a great holiday.

I loved the quiet relaxation and everything about the complex apart frim the bed. It was so hard.

Apartments very close to everything, 5min walk to the main strip and beach. staff friendly and very helpful. For families i would recommend the apartments that are on the pool level ground floor!

-Location was great -Apartments were hotel-like -special offer on trip advisor got free breakfast every morning which was brilliant - restaurant stafff great

- Got told they were overbooked(right after we paid) and we were moved to their 'sister complex' 30 metres up the road with no view - just another building, no pool and just not what we booked.Fair wnough is was clean. After complaining and being told that it was unlikely we would get moved as it was booked up, we got moved 2 days later to what we booked and it was lovely ! Attitude of the receptionist was not great (martin I think) but the others were lovely.

I liked location and convience to main shops and restaurents.

I pre booked upper level apartment but did not get one .We were very disappointed as we were previous customers.also bar in hotel closes far too early.

Upon Arriving at the Complex on St. Stephens Day we were informed that there was no room for us in the complex. We asked why and they said they were double booked. They wanted to move us to an apt complex 4km away towards the airport. We refused to move and they eventually got us a room. The staff were very ignorant and threw their eyes to heaven several times during our conversation. We asked why we received no phone call to explain the situation and they couldnt answer us. Their treatment of us was simply appalling and as a result we will not be returning again.

This is our 2nd time staying and it was great to see that things the apt are still well maintained. Very clean and staff very friendly.

Ceiling a mess in the bedroom from a leak. Coffee table very stained and off-putting. Weather was cold and we were frozen at night - only thin blankets avaialble. Some noise from revellers on 'the strip' well into the early hours - 4/5am. Despite instruction not to do so, many of the guests reserved sun loungers near the pool and bobody from management challenged them. Shame.

I was quoted for accomodation the charge was 532 euros £ 426.61 when I checked my account when home the charge was £450.61 this seems an unfair manipulation of the exchange rates. I checked with my credit card the bill came to them in sterling. Therefore I am not recommending your hotel until we get a satisfactory answer.
