Nestling at the heart of historic Seville, these stylish and trendy apartments provide guests with a sophisticated and private setting in which to enjoy their vacation in the Andalusian capital. Set in the beautiful neighborhood of Santa Cruz, Las Cruces is just a short walk from the famous Jardines Alcazares, the stunning Real Alcazar of Seville, and the cathedral. Return to your apartment around lunchtime, and prepare your own meals in the kitchen, then, relax and chat while eating in the lounge area. Hotel Rooms: 8

Good central location in the Barrio Santa Cruz, we could walk to all the main sights. The apartment was clean and comfortable although it did not look quite as 'smart and trendy' as the pictures might suggest. It was pretty spartan but that is reflected in the reasonable price. Put simply, the noise! We are both very heavy sleepers and it takes a lot to wake us. We did not envisage any problems with noise in any event as the apartment overlooks a small pedestrianised square. Our first night, Thursday, was quiet and we slept well. On our second night, my boyfriend was woken by loud noise emanating from a nearby flamenco club which continued well into the early hours. I slept through it. However, the third night, Saturday, was something else. A sizeable troupe of drunken 'artistes' set up camp in the square outside our window at 3.30 am. For a whole hour, they banged drums very loudly, sang very badly at the tops of their voices, clapped and stamped their feet. They finally stopped at 4.30 am. The noise was unbelievable. It felt like they were actually in our bedroom, we had never heard anything like it. We reported it to the reception at Hotel Murillo but they seemed nonplussed as to what they should do about it - we were hoping they would ask the police to have a word. Maybe they did, and this is why they finally disbanded. We had an early start the next day and were absolutely shattered as a result. This may have been a one off - I have no idea if these people congregate outside the flats every Saturday. If they do, this is a real problem! Other than that, my only other minor criticisms would be the lack of any English speaking tv channels as it's nice to be able to catch up on the news over breakfast and the very uncomfortable pillows.

Big apartment, with lobby (couch, coffe table, tv) and kitchen. Rooms have free wireless internet. Good location, 5 minutes walk to Cathedral. Good quality for two stars. It's not easy to find (but it's not their fault - for any building in old city is the same). A little noisy, if the windows are facing the street, but only people are passing. Forget about parking nearby - you have to be prepared for 10-15 minutes walk with your luggage.

Hotel staff is friendly and speak fluent english. Though check-in is in different service apartment, you can leave your luggage and use the lounge there before or after check-in/out. Quite convenient. Room is adequate. Has wifi so no problem if you wanna use internet. Hard to find the apartment if you're new to the city. Washing machine cannot tumble dry cloth properly, eventually we had to use towel to absorb wet cloth. Air-con works fine but it blows stinky air (in the sitting room, the room air is fine). It might need to be cleaned.

Good location in an enchanting neighborhood of Barrio Santa Cruce. Well functioning tv and wifi. Difficult to find even using the Google Map. I wish they could send us a detailed map beforehands. It took us 50 minutes to find the Hotel Murillo and the next door apartment reception. There was washing machine, but no dryer nor place for hanging semi-wet cloth to dry. .

Very good value for money. Right in the middle of the old town. Check-in and check-out must be done in a different location, just a few blocks away from the apartment building, but we were not informed about it.

The price was good and the location is good as it is in santa cruz but it is very hard to get to. You can not reach the location by car and have to walk. The 2 bedroom apt is nice with a kitchen but was smelly. We checked out after 1 night and checked into Murillo apartments and they were excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke good english. The staff was so helpful that we ended up staying one extra night at Murillo's instead of staying at the Melia Lebreros in the city center as planned! The price was good but it was very hard to get to. You can not reach the location by car and have to park about 15-20 minutes away and then walk with your luggage, strollers, kids etc...It was difficult to locate but the staff was helpful and when we called them the came to get us from near the main Cathedral. The apartments do not have a reception or lobby and they are managed by another hotel Murillo about 5 minutes away. The 2 bedroom apt is nice with kitchen but was smelly. Elevators were slow and small. We checked out after 1 night and checked into Murillo apartments and they were excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke good english.

Spacious apartments, well equipped, central location. Noise travelled very easily between the apartments because of the concrete floors and walls,( women with high heels, movement of furniture, loud voices etc). Guests should be made aware of this and asked to show some condsideration for their fellow guests especially those beneath them on the floor below.

Almost everything, the location, the possibility to cook in our own kitchen, two bathrooms, breakfast and diner on the sun terrace (not with all appartments!), the privacy, seperate bedroom and livingroom. The bakery is around the corner as well as the Cathedral and other places to visit. That we had to leave before ten o'clock and were welcomed at five. Departure around eleven or twelf o' clock would be nicer and being able to enter a bit earlier.

Spacious, clean, good kitchen facilities, very comfortable beds and excellent location. Bland, nothing to hang wet clothes on (washing machine in apartment). Other reviewers have commented on the noise, but in August there was no noise whatsoever. I would not like to stay here in high season as it is has bars in close vicinity and as the apartments are surrounding a small courtyard they can be quite an echo through the building.

The apartment was very well decorated for the 5 of us that were travelling together. The location was perfect for exploring the historic part of Sevilla. It was just a step out of the door.
