Everything, especially staff

The apartment was very clean and newly furnished with linen, towels and complimentary toiletries, and the small kitchen was well equipped. Location was perfect, in the maze of narrow streets of the historic Santa Cruz district. There's no passing motor traffic though you can hear people talking as they pass by, it was quiet at night though, there are no bars within earshot. Very effective aircon.

The location is superb.

From the point where the bus stop,(airport bus) is quite far to walk for an old lady, because I'm with my mum who's already 59 years old. But for youngsters, is okay.

Great location in quiet historic square; comfortable, clean, two lovely balconies with geraniums, near to bars, restaurants and sights. Well equipped with washing machine & iron. Friendly, helpful staff.

Poor soundproofing (noise from outside and floors above).

Very bad service. I was sick during stay and was very weak. The last morning, in order to not stay outside for too long, I asked if we could check out at latest 12am in stead of 10am but was refused rudely. They only care about their rules but not their customers. This is the worst service we've ever had during all our travels in Europe in the past years.

The apartment was clean and spacious and very central. It was bigger than we thought.

The reception was difficult to find at first.

The location is perfect to visit the centrer of Sevilla. It is located and the end of the park and few mts. From all principal restaurants. Really thasnk to the staff that have supported me for everithing.

We had a large 2 bedroom apartment, lots of room, in a very secure building. Loved it - was quiet and comfortable, kids had their own room, and it was and an easy walk to the main sights. Would stay again. Wifi worked well.

Nothing really, except that the 10:00 am checkout time was far too early for us. Overall, a good value for the price.

The apartments were right in the centre of the Santa Cruz district of Seville which was wonderful. Our apartment was clean, light, reasonably quiet and extremely well located. The hotel staff were polite and responsive.

There was no information at all in the apartment about contacting the reception or anything else for that matter -- so on two occasions I had to walk five minutes to the reception -- once when my daughter was sick and needed to see a doctor. We were not given a map of Sevilla on our arrival.

The apartment Las Cruces has an excellent location, situated in the old neighborhood of Santa Cruz, a place where you can really feel the Andalusian ambient.. Every corner of Santa Cruz has its own secret.. I loved the "patio" and the Italian accent of the receptionist at apartments Murillo:) He was so kind :)

The location is great. Just a few minutes walking through lovely narrow streets to the centre but just outside the noise.

The boiler was broken and the wifi-connection didn't work. They first offered us a shower in another appartment but as soon as they found out they couldn't fix it we asked for another room. We got free breakfast and a reduced price for the inconvenience.

This is the second time I stayed at Apt. Las Cruces. It is the best place to stay in town. The staff is so accommodating. The apt. is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need to stay with your family. You can't beat the price with so many perks!

Very disappointed.The Apt at first glance was very basic furniture and decor.Awful smell from bathroom.One of the beds had been visibly slept in and not changed.Complaind and were moved to other apts which were better.Cannot understand how review rating is so high for this apartment.Hard to find ,hard to park.

Front desk staff very kind and helpfull. Very nice apartment. Great location.

Sewer smell in bathrooms

Brilliant location! We liked that the apartment was secure and clean and was close to everything but in a quiet place.

The apartment felt impersonal and sterile. It would feel a bit better with some personal touches and things in the kitchen like salt and oil. To have to purchase things like that for a short stay is difficult. Maybe there should be an additional charge for basic pantry supplies that could be delivered (and returned) in a box.

The location was good. It is very good choise for a one child family.

Attention it is not easy to find the hotel at the first time.

The Apartments are located in a great part of Seville just minutes walking from the Alcazar and the Cathedral. The narrow alleys near the Apartments are great for wandering and souvenir shopping. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. The Apartment we stayed in was very updated and roomy. The kitchen came fully furnished and was sparkling clean. We took advantage of the breakfast offered at the hotel nearby and it was a good spread with all of the traditional Spanish breakfast items offered.

The Apartment was loud. We were right next to the entry gate to the apartment complex and every time someone would buzz in or enter the front gate, we could hear it almost like there was no wall between us and the people outside. People came and went all night long and every time there was significant noise. I was surprised that the glass was not double paned and I was lucky to have earplugs with me! Also, the breakfast at the hotel nearby was only staffed by one person so if something ran out, it was slow to be refilled.

Right in the old centre close to main attractions, very well kept and finished to 5star standards

Very central to the major visiting sites in Seville and nice atmosphere. Apartments with all the facilities for a short or long stay and a very good AC system for the hot summer.

Being on the ground flour facing an inner patio will probably be more noisy than the other apartments on the upper floors.... If you are driving you should expect to pay for a parking space nearby (as in all central Seville).

Situated right in the centre of the old part of the city, clean and quiet, not dependent on the staff because they are located in another building, very close to the parking, just three minutes walk with the suitcases

The courtyard was not refurbished yet, it was clean but no decor or any sign of trying to make it look beautiful
