The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. Very good location, with great views from the balcony. Reasonable price and great customer service.

very kindly staff in reception, helpfull. In room all what you want for cooking,fridge, oven, very beautifull view from room on the sea, clean. Good choose for budget travel.

The girl named Promise was very nice and helpful at the reception.

Well, I dont write reviews usually. However , I have first discovered this place in 2010 - thanks to my dog I had to take with me - and that time only 2 places offered this opportunity. Since then I ve been to Las Palomas about 10 times - alone, with boyfriend, with friends, with family members etc - we all keep coming back :). If you are a person who plans to spend 90% of the holiday time outdoors - you cant find better, because: - Its nearly straight on the beach . - Rooms are small but you have everything you need: kettle, toaster, small fridge, washing machine, cooking pans etc . - Room was freshly painted and bathrooms were refurbished. - The view is fantastic. - Staff is easy going, friendly and laid back. - If you need can book a safe - 2 euro/day. - Air-con works well in summer months. - Cleaners were by us twice in a week. - There is a pool as well but who needs a pool when you have a beach :). You can't beat the value for money !!!!

Nothing. I keep returning and will do in the future. P.S. If you are sensitive to noise levels come to Palma Nova with earplugs - for many people it's a party place . "If you choose to stay next to the Buckingham Palace don't complain about tourists around" :)))

We were in Palma Nova for a friends wedding and a weeks break. The hotel is very difficult to find. We arrived late at night and there are no obvious signs to direct you. On a one way street the name of the hotel is located in a position at the entrance to the car park but on the wrong side, making it impoosible to see it. We stayed 7 nights room was not serviced at all and I had to ask for towels On checking out I questioned the manager about this and he said that they do not service the rooms Definitely would not stay or recommend

The location was perfect, and very close to the beach. They have Air Conditioning and the apartments are quite large!

It was very central for what we wanted.

Ah was class spot only like 5-10 mins to strip! There was feck all staff to hassle you so you could drink and be as loud as ya want!! Unlike other "hotels" there was no problem bringing girls back as the security guard did not care. The pool was good crack and right beside essential shops and the beach so ye cant complain!

We got one key so whenever you were out it was hard to find the person with the key. Dont bring your family here as everyone is always locked and there is drink and smashed glass all over the corridor! Was good crack for some lads but not for young kids!

Very good value for money. Clean and ideal to put your head down after a night on the town

Stairs/lobby a bit worse for wear but the actual room was clean and tidy. Obviously the nightlife is very loud and if you are a light sleeper its not the place for you. But for a place to stay after a night out, its ideal

The location was okay to get to magaluf and the pool was okay to sit around

The room was cleaned once and this seems to be a workers hotel not a tourist hotel, the balcony was not for sitting on due to it been flooded from pipes on the 8th floor ??? also the air con buckets leaked so overall terrible room and extremley compact for 4 people. We were always been told to be quiet due to staff living in the hotel which we found disgusting when we had paid to stay there

not far from the aparthotel at the day light there was a terrible noise! radio-frequency noise! from some kind of equipment...may be transformer...

The location was excellent. The room was well equipped..microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron, kettle, everything you need for a self catering holiday.

No air conditioning...but being on the 7th floor we could leave the windows open when we were in the apartment.

It is close to beach and everything else in Palmanova. Towels were changed every third day, linen every seventh. Soap and toilet paper are included.

Noise of young people no matter what time of night or early morning is (4-6 am) will definitely bother everyone. Also, you can expect that drunk idiots will mistakenly knock on your doors at 3 am. Also, guard will unlock your room without any checking to total stranger in the middle of the night because the latter will persuade him that he lost his keys. In one word, avoid it.

The location was excellent with lovely sea views from the more elevated floors. We were adjacent to every amenity, shops , restaurants etc. and the beach was a few minutes stroll away. The apartment was basic but very clean and the swimming pool was very clean also, if a little cold, and there was a lifeguard on duty and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. . We would definitely stay in Las Palomas again for the location, cleanliness and value for money.

On the downside, the entrance to the apartmentswas not well signposted therefore it was easy to pass it by. The swimming pool could have been warmer and a poolside shower would also be an asset.

Once you manage to find somebody to book you in the rooms are clean tidy & basic. Good car parking facilities. Cheap value for money budget rooms. Good location for all external facilities & areas.

Its closeness to the beach and resorts of Palma and Magaluf and Santa Ponsa

No character, no service from staff

Everything. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling, with some rather questionable stains on the bedding. The pool at the hotel was filthy, and certainly not as pictured on your website. In fact the pictures on your website must of been taken from another hotel, as they were nowhere to be seen.

The room smelled, you can't pay with a credit card (even Visa or Amex), the "staff" is very unprofessional, the pool opens late and closes before 6pm, the grounds of the hotel are very sketchy

Good location away from night clubs for mature couples to get a sleep but only 20 minutes to magalluf's main night life for those who like to party. Man doing checkin called me 5 days before arrival for my eta, then available and easy to find when we got there.

Ridiculously small bath that was dangerous to stand and shower in also then frightning having to step out of when wet, with limited space they should have just put a shower tray in.
