Die Lage war spitzenklasse! Freie Auswahl - links am Strand entlang wunderschönge gepflegte Strände und Badebuchten, man konnte ewig weiterlaufen und nur 15 min zu Fuß nach Eivissa Zentrum - rechts am Strand entlang war man zu Fuß in 15 min bei den Partys an der Playa de Bossa. Im Hotel selbst hatte man aber komplette Ruhe und Meeresrauschen vor der Tür! (Wir hatten das Glück ein Appartment auf der Seite zum Meer mit Terasse zu haben). Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wussten alles (Wege, gute Restaurants usw.) und hatten immer gute Tipps. Unser Appartment hatte eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit genügend Geschirr und allen Elektrogeräten (Toster, Mikrowelle, Herd), Töpfe, Nudelsieb - es fehlte an nichts. Mehrere Supermärkte in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar und eins sogar direkt gegenüber.

Der einzige Mangel war Schimmelgeruch, von einer feuchten Wand im Raum. Da das Hotel voll ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer auch nicht wechseln. Das Personal war allerdings auch hierbei sehr bemüht. Am letzten Tag haben wir noch in ein anderes Appartment gewechselt, was auch im Erdgeschoss lag. Dort kam dieser Geruch nicht mehr vor, daher gehe ich davon aus dass es nicht am Hotel an sich lag, sondern nur 1 Appartment davon betroffen war.

We liked the location, the hair dryer - unsual for an ap., but VERY welcome :), nr. of towels, appliances & kitchen utensils, area quiet but central.

The wi-fi, big prob for young group. Didn't work for all our stay and it's one of the must this days.The tv was too small, bad signal and only 3 channels. The air cond didn't work at the beginning so we had to ask to be fixed (actually was switch off from the main panel). We were could the first night. One of the beds had a inside plastic sheet witch made it be a bit uncomfortable.

That was perfect holiday. Good room with seawiev close to beach. Great and very helpfull staff ( thanks mates). Highly recomended.

Very very friendly receptionists, 1min walk to the beach, nice view from room at seaside, close to supermarcets and shops/city center, not far from airport and scooter/car rentals. We were very satisfied and will come back for sure!

Lack of some kitchen utilities, all the rest was perfect!

We had a lovely appartment which overlooked the sea. The beach and restuarants were only a few minutes walk away. No need for a car as the bus station was a 10 minute walk and you could travel anywhere in Ibiza from it for 2 euros. Staff were very freindly and helpfull. Would definately return.

Location, space, cleanliness (although my friend did find two hair strands in her bed sheet and it wasn't her hair), price.

1) Too noisy (the walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs and the cleaners moving the furniture around--couldn't get a good night's sleep). 2) The bathroom door cannot seem to close quietly. It has to be closed with force with makes a loud noise and at night it wakes up anyone else in the apartment unit. 3) The water pressure in the bathtub is too low which is partially due to the fact that when you press the trigger to switch from faucet to shower head, water comes out from both the faucet and shower head. 4) The bathtub didn't drain all the water fast enough so as you shower, the water builds up past your ankle. 5) The TV is positioned too high on the wall (and can't be adjusted)so we strained our necks while watching TV. 6) No wifi in the apartment units and wifi doesn't usually work even in the lobby.

Good location,Decent size apartment,reasonably helpful staff. Requested a fan as ano air con in bedroom & they did provide one so I could sleep ( I was going to buy one). This place could be great & I had great time but too many issues as below, I would still consider staying again though.

Not given roon as promised by the manager Aixa. Tried to charge me 180 euro extra to put me in a 1 Bed from a studio - spoke to manager & eventually given at same price - not a great start to my holiday but room was on top floor & had great views. Air was practically useless & not possible to sleep in the bedroon as no air condition in there - had to bring mattress into living room the 2nd night. Went to use the microwave & found a very disgustingly moldy take away in there (must have been there for a few weeks ) - this should have been checked, the lady on reception said this was the worst she had seen in her time there & promptly swapped my microwave for a different one,it was disgusting. No Restaurant / Cafe as advertised - it was closed for summer 2012, not as advertised & another disappointment. Had to ask many times for reception to flick the switch for my hot water, 1 night they had closed & I was unable to shower before going out - this is not acceptable.

Perfect location on the noth side of Bora Bora, nice and quiet and relaxed. If you don't want to live the crazy party life of ibiza 24 hours a day, the this area is fantastic. The beaches are nice, water clear and beautiful, great restaurants are a 1 minute walk away. You can swim off the rocks from the very back of the hotel which is beautiful. Great views of the balcony in rooms facing the ocean. Air condtioning worked well which helped with the August humidity. My personal rating was a 6.5

No wi-fi in rooms was disappointing, the staff were not the warmest, though still nice when checking in. The room was good for the money. The shower head was broken and we had to hold the shower head to shower. Very disappointed the staff had let us check in with it like this. If we were staying here for more than 1 night I would have asked for a different room, and also the bathroom was not that clean.

Location only

Old, dirty apartment. Huge cockroach was found in bedroom. Very thin walls and doors - you can hear every step of the tenants. Useless reception - was not able to call a taxi.

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful with information about Ibiza and how to get around using buses. They also suggested the places to eat, shop, etc, nearby the apartments.

The apartment (#16) was dirty, beds and couch not comfortable. The cooling unit could not handle all three rooms. The cleaning staff did not change sheets. and they came every other day. The front desk is not 24 hrs...this meant that we ate the deposit for the two extra keys (40eu) because our flight home was early and we left (checked out) around 0600. Not even a key drop box could be found so I stuffed them under the door. The room safe is outdated and requires a physical key to access which increases risk of losing the key while partying, out on excursions, etc. WiFi was available, but only downstairs.

Hotel Staff was really friendly and on the last day, since our plane was planned to leave late in the evening, allowed us to drop the baggages during the day and have a shower before going to the airport. That was really appreciated.

Check in time. Depending on your room availability, you might check-in between 13:00 and 20:00......

I first read ALOT of mixed reviews about this place in the build up to going, but I personally thought it was great! It is right on the beach, literally the terrace we had was the beach! It's only 15mins taxi from the airport, and is surrounded by supermarkets, resturants and bars ...pretty much prefect for us! It's about 10-20mins taxi away from all the main bars/clubs, but apart from the first night we walked everywhere. All the staff where fine, no probs at all, they spoke broken english and we spoke broken spanish, so it worked out. Rooms where fine, apart from a few hrs a night to sleep, we wasn't in them. Bought our tickerts for nights at reception as well, turned out cheaper for some nights as well. 24hr entry was a godsend as well, and was allowed to bring non guests into rooms as well. All other guests were sound too. Great place if you're looking for somewhere to recharge before hitting it again!

It's not really dislike, but we only got 1 key for our room...and between 5 guys it was a bit of a ball ache, especially when we all wandered off in the clubs, doing our own thing.

The hotel is great! The stuff are very friendly and we felt like home. If we needed to find out about anything we could get absolutely any information from the receptionists who did their best to make our stay comfortable and troublefree. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and totally money-saving thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen (which is important on this island!). If we felt lazy, though, the was a great choice of cafes around. The beach is right next to the hotel and you can see the sea from all the rooms. well, there are 2 good beaches to choose from m- the Figueretes and Playa d'en Bossa. The city centre is a 20-minute walk and if you like the clubs it's a 20-minute walk to the discobus stop. The free wifi makes keeping in touch with your home easy. In a word, the hotel is suitable for any kind of rest. I'd totally recommend it to anyone. Great value for money!

Good apartments opposite Es vive Iniza. Not long way from the discos, port and two main beaches. You can go for a walk, go to the beach or just seat on the balcony, watching seaside... Best price for the quality.

Reception works only from 9:00, but we were to leave at 8:00, so we had to put the keys just in the room.

Disappointed that bar & snack facilities were closed & room had strange smell ......would book again if going slightly later in year & ask for different room.

Me gustó MUCHO el trato del personal y la ubicación justo en el fin de zona azul cosa que facilita el aparcamiento. El apartamento es estupendo sin ser un gran lujo.

La señal de Wifi no llegaba a la habitación, pero bueno, estás de vacaciones y eso ayuda a desconectar.

Staff disponibile e gentili. Pulizia stanze e cambio biancheria ottima. Ottima posizione.
