The apartments are in a good location, with free gated car parking. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast we had was very good, a full English. We had a choice of several different options. We felt we got what we paid for, as it was one night away and the price was very reasonable.

The Apartment was very basic, with one cracked window. The beds were uncomfortable, and the heating went off during the night, which made it very cold. I ended up with three blankets on my bed, fortunately there was only myself and my husband there, and he only wanted one blanket. It was an apartment for four people, so I would have been even colder if four people would have stayed there.

A good price + clean and tidy and central to where my meeting was held

I was charged 35€ on arrival instead of 25€ as stated when I booked with you

Good value, secure parking, good location. Rooms were basic but perfectly adequate. All you want for a long weekend or weeks stay.

Could be a bit noisy depending on which floor or room.

It was near all the nite life

We have stayed in Benidorm for the last 3 years and always choose budget accomadation paying never more than €40 per night. We were very disappointed with these apartments they were very tired looking to the point that the apartment didn't feel clean. When we entered the apartment the living room area smelt of vomit,the grout was missing from the tiles in the bathroom and the shower was an experience in itself. No iron as is usually supplied everywhere else we have stayed and the fridge was ancient and looked dirty.I know you get what you pay for but incomparison to its competitors for the same money it fell far short of our expectations. Definitely in need of a reform!

Too basic, booked for 4adults only had 2large towels, 1 egg cup, 3 patio chairs and 3sets of cutlery........very, very, basic, good for stags n hens We left a day earlier than our booking and receptionist didnt even ask why!

Not too far from the night life.

The patio door didnt lock and they didnt let me park in the car park although it had said we could use it!

Apart from the location there is nothing we liked about this property.

No amount of cleaning will ever hide the shabbiness of the facilities at these apartments. The furniture and fitments need replacing throughout the building, everything about apartment 1604 was poor, not even a fan was provided for the heat of summer. The entrance door had been forced open so many times it was not possible to secure it firmly and there was no ventilation in the bathroom The dining furniture, chairs and the table were broken with half hearted attempts having been made to repair them. We did not use the microwave because the external appearance suggested it was unsafe. The kettle would not switch off unless disconnected from the wall socket. Fortunately we only booked in for one night but had we booked for longer we would have booked out early.

There was no air conditioning, and we were so hot could not sleep properly, no fans in the room either made the stay very difficult. Could do with refurbishment in the rooms. The reception area and bar were very pleasant.

its well placed for the rincon end of benidorm close to rachels bar.The cafe bar the rixon across the road is the best value breakfast for 2 euros

We chose the Luxmar because of it's proximity to Aqualandia and it's low cost. We are a family of two adults and three teenagers and this was our first visit to Benidorm. On arrival, we had a lovely warm welcome and were glad that it wasn't far from Aqualandia, since we were all tired after a long day on the water slides in the heat. We enjoyed our stay in Benidorm, felt it wasn't long enough and we will definitely be back. We all came in at different hours and the service was attentive at all times of the day and night.

Sadly our departure was the only low point of the stay. There was a sign that clearly stated that keys should be left in the doors on departure, but this turned out to be wrong. When we handed the keys we were given back to the same receptionist, she accused us firstly of losing a remote control which we did not receive (she found it later) and then of losing a second key which we were never given and asked to pay €20 to change the locks. We exchanged words and she accused the man, wife and child of not telling the truth when we all said we had only received one key. After heated words we were allowed to leave when she said "if that is your case I am not going to argue with you". We said this is not a "case", it is a fact and we were sorry we could not leave in the same spirit that we were received. Sorry, it left a nasty taste in the mouth after a good visit. We will be back to Benidorm, but not the Luxmar apartments. Shame.

The location.

Horrible! It was dirty and dated. The patio doors were hanging off, the light in the bathroom wasn't working and the kitchen was dirty. We were given bedlinen to make up our own beds. We only stopped because it was for one night, but we would never use these apartments again.

It was within a 10 minute walk to beach and 20 minute walk to central strip with all the bars and restaurants.

Your door will not close without locking it with key, this is very dangerous because if someone came in drunk and just closed door over it will just swing open. At any time there is one member of staff working who does reception desk, serving behind bar and breakfast. Only groups or hens and stags who just want somewhere to sleep thats clean and dont mind noise all through the night should stay here. Not for families,

It was terribly dirty, smelly and disgusting! The flush and the shower wasnt working, the bed sheet was the color of greyish and it was smelling.. The staff were in an unfriendly manner, never helped out.. I really regret the night that I spent there, waste of money and time.. I dont recommend to stay that rat house!

I liked the price, you got what you got basically. The pool was clean and bar was cheap, all in all we had a good stay

People in other rooms complained about being robbed. We personally did not but it makes you feel very much on edge
