During the 12 night stay the towels were not replaced. I know they don't clean the apartment, but this isn't good enough on a longer stay. The place was remote on a hill and very windy. Staff unattentive. A car is a must unless you really like walking. Parking restrictions on the road, a handful of spaces off road used by the staff and very tight underground parking. The remote garage door often did not work. On site "24 hour" supermarket very expensive, about 5 times what you'd pay on the street, but that's what is called 'convenience'. Laundry facilities available at cost. Most apartments in Spain a least have a washing machine.

Great staff and great location and parking

The hotel had a nice view over the land and see, the room was big enough and the parking close to the apartment was usefull, too.

But the interior was not so great - it was dirty and had a strange smell. The kitchen equipemnt was very poor, old and not clean at all. There was a sofa in the living room to be used as a second bed, but no linen was provided and the sofa inside was very dirty.

The appartment was very clean and a good base for many places near by in the car such as Marbella, Gibraltor and Ronda which we were able to visits within our weeks stay. The marina {with lovely restaurants}, beach and local Lidl supermarket were about a five minute drive down the hill and about a 30 minute walk but you would need a taxi to get back up. Clean towels and linen were provided three times within the week we stayed and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for a short stay - hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pans, plates, cuttelery etc. The staff in the appartments were very friendly and helpful especially Carlos with advice about the local area restaurants etc. Really relaxing enjoyable break with beautiful views from the balcony of the sea and the mountains - bargain would recommend

Stairs in duplex apartments are questionable and impossible to walk up/down if you have any mobility issues. No oven in kitchen and didn't provide any cleaning products despite stating that you would be charged if kitchen was left dirty?...

The Apartamentos Manilva Green were really nice, and such a great deal budget-wise. I just needed a place to stay with a couple of friends while doing some medical check-ups. It was very comfortable with plenty of space and super clean. We loved the covered garage. Our 2-bedroom place had lots of air conditioners that worked very well and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen wasn't huge, but had enough to cook a decent meal. Full baths were great and the bedding was comfortable.

My only complaint would be lack of Internet. They had it in the lobby, but that was a pretty good walk from our room. Other than that, the place was great, and I'll definitely be staying again.

The apartamentos were very well designed, very clean,and every thing you needed. The staff were very helpfull. We will be going back again for sure.

It was as we expected it to be

Good price in a nice quiet location. Duplex apartment had a lot of space and was air conditioned (although a couple of the units weren't working there was enough to be comfortable). Restaurant onsite and pool very nice additions. Staff friendly and front desk very helpful

Apartments are on a hill about 2 miles from the town so a car is essential Showers were tired in room and neither bathroom shower head could be hung on the bracket. Also warm water in room was only enough for one shower warm per day which with three of us meant many cold showers. No soap or shower gels provided No maid service, bed or linen changes at all during the week. Very sparse kitchen equipment and no basics like tea towel or washing up liquid. If you want to use the in-room safe it costs 2 euros which seems a little steep for a facility normally provided as standard Walls a a little thin and a couple of nights a baby was next door was not the most restful In general its not a bad basic place if you have a car but you get what you pay for in some respects hence the above. If you can live with basic kitchen, no maid service and have a car its great.

During 2 week stay no cleaning service except towels exchange and bedclothes (delivered and just left in a room); extremely weak WiFi in room and sometimes difficulties to log-in even in public space (near reception)

Splendid location and view, well organized apt, prompt and nice personell. Parking was in front of acces door in apt. Overall is good quality price location. Some "bad" things: Do not leave any rest of food-ants will apear. Cleaning is only once a week, but if you request are no problems. Car is mandatory.
